If your company utilizes this for both absence management and professional development, there is a huge ease of access due to it utilizing the same login. The program is detrimental to teaching in general. I encourage users to read articles and research by the founder. As a teacher of nearly 30 years, the philosophy she espouses is frightening. Finding past evaluations and using them to improve is nearly impossible. It seems like they are trying to make teacher evaluations for dummies and, at the same time, make the application clunky. Frontline Professional Growth keeps all of my professional growth opportunities and completed professional development organized in one place. I personally don't find Frontline Professional Growth to be very intuitive to use. I have trouble navigating it when there is a professional development opportunity I want to sign up for and find that the options offered on Frontline are often not consistent with the professional development opportunities my district reports it is offering. This program is simple to use and once logged in, there are many applications available to the user. It is easy to add professional development opportunities, track and follow progress as well as complete courses. I like that Frontline provides one location to both offer and track professional development opportunities for my organization. Opportunities can even be broken into areas of focus for easy categorization. The site also tracks professional development through multiple years so you are able to go back and check on hours recorded for previous years easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Submitting documents can be difficult at times, but this is largely dependent on how your organization sets up this feature and what is required to submit for professional development credit. An auto save feature could also improve the website as you have to leave the page to upload and add a photo to the document which can require you to start the process over.
