**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

What I like most about ExtensisHR is the outstanding customer service paired with a truly user-friendly platform. Their team is consistently responsive and knowledgeable, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to help whenever I need support. The platform is intuitive and efficient, and it makes managing payroll, benefits, HR administration, and employee data much simpler and easier to stay on top of.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

I don’t have any significant dislikes about ExtensisHR. Overall, the platform is user-friendly and reliable, and it has consistently met our HR and payroll needs.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExtensisHR helps address many of the administrative and payroll challenges that come with managing employees. The platform brings payroll processing, benefits administration, HR compliance, employee onboarding, and time tracking together in one centralized system. As a result, we’ve been able to cut down on manual work, improve accuracy, and save valuable time across our team. The biggest advantage for us has been the platform’s efficiency and dependability. Tasks that once required multiple systems or a lot of paperwork can now be handled quickly and accurately in one place. On top of that, the customer support team is responsive and provides timely help whenever questions come up, which makes it easier to resolve issues promptly and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

The HR support from ExtensisHR has been great. We are a small organization without a trained dedicated HR person on staff, so we lean heavily on ExtensisHR for support in this area. Our dedicated HR manager is responsive and extremely knowledgable. I especially appreciate having distinct dedicated experts: payroll, HR & our school manager.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

The payroll system can be limited in it's ability to be customized. We have found that we have to do some things manually when they are outside the parameters of the built in system. We are also a school so have some special needs regarding payroll which sometimes require a lot of manual entry from us.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extensis HR provides HR support to our small company where we need it. As our PEO they also coordinate employee benefits, and also assist with managing and administering leaves. Their customer support of our employees means that our HR staff has more time for other work. They are a great resource in helping to interface with other vendors - insurance company, training platforms, etc.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

I like ExtensisHR's HR functions and their compliance team, as they help us with the administrative and compliance challenges we face. This is particularly beneficial for small to medium-sized businesses like ours. I also like the benefits they provide to all employees. The compliance team ensures we're in compliance for all states where we have employees, which is crucial since we have many remote employees. The HR functions keep us up to date with onboarding and any new updates. Additionally, I like the administrative functions they offer and the support team

ExtensisHR helps us with HR functions, payroll, and benefits. The compliance team ensures state compliance for remote employees, and they assist with administrative challenges common in small businesses. Their offerings streamline HR and keep our onboarding up to date.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

From the very start, my Extensis team has been available, communicative, kind, and supportive. And did I mention patient? Because I have a LOT of questions. Most of all, I like that they don't treat me like a customer or a client but rather like someone they really care about. That's rare and fantastic.

I have spent a full minute trying to think of something I dislike about ExtensisHR, and I cannot

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExtensisHR is our payroll and benefits partner, as well as our recruiter and applicant tracking systematizer. They have walked me through all phases of starting up payroll and benefits, which has been no small feat since we are a very small start-up company with normal-sized company needs. They do not treat us as the little guy. In fact, they give us outsized service and attention. It makes all the difference in the world.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

I’ve found the payroll processing and overall support to be truly exceptional. Our payroll specialist is highly responsive and proactive, flags anything that looks out of the norm, and is able to support us right away whenever we need help.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

There are a few areas that I'd mention, although dislike is a harsh word. That said:

I do feel like our HR support (Account manager/HRBPs) seem to be very busy. I'm not sure how many clients they support, but I find myself following up multiple times to get a response. I have an HR background, so there isn't much that I ask for, so I can't imagine clients without an internal HR person. When I do reach out, it takes time to get a response.

Navigating the platform is not easy. Everyone knows that during onboarding, you are shown a lot of things in a short period of time and you won't remember/observe 90% of what you see. 

For Admins who are most likely very busy with their day job, we don't have the luxury to look around the platform and take advantage of what's available to us. I have asked to know more about what's available, to understand what other clients might find beneficial, etc. It would be helpful to have more support around this. For example, I only now found out about the recruitment team benefit and ONLY because my sales rep checked in with me and told me to take a look.

401k integration is limited. Unless we choose one of the three integration 401k options available, it is clunky to process our 401k payments every month. I thought moving to extensis would providing more time savings, but I admit I spend more time with Extensis than my prior payroll provider.

I see AI is a topic for me to comment on, but I have not seen AI geatures anywhere

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

I like that ExtensisHR is just there for me, almost like an extension of my team. As a seasoned HR person, it's incredibly helpful to have a resource I can turn to for backup, guidance, or help on HR-related items. I also appreciate how the team has been incredibly helpful and responsive over the past couple of years. Fior, who we’ve been working with recently, is amazing. Her follow-up emails are detailed and provide so much information, and I’m excited to be working with her.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

I do wish that the performance review platform was global. We have employees in both the US and Canada, and I would like to be able to use one platform to do performance reviews and goal setting for both countries. The last time I asked about this, it was impossible. I didn't hear back from the account manager.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExtensisHR is always there for quick HR questions and updates. It acts as an extension of my team, providing helpful guidance and detailed follow-up information, which is incredibly valuable.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

So far, our transition to a new PEO has gone very well. We’re still learning everything Extensis has to offer, but each time we discover and start using a new feature, we’re impressed. The platform is simple to use and very intuitive. The staff we’ve worked with have been knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout the process. We’re also very happy with the benefits Extensis offers our team. The benefits enrollment period went smoothly, and the affordable insurance alone has made the switch well worth it.

Onboarding was a monumental task and we are grateful for all the help and guidance we received.  The professionalism of Extensis Staff it top notch.  When we did have an issue with a person, that was quickly resolved.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

The transition to the new 401K platform has felt a bit disjointed. It’s the one area where we didn’t fully understand the ins and outs with our previous provider, and it seemed that when we needed a little more hand-holding, it wasn’t really there. My understanding is that the 401K department is going through some restructuring, which may explain why our experience hasn’t been optimal.

Still, it did elicit some anxiety, since we’re responsible for our employees’ money and felt uncertain at times. Another frustration was that it sometimes seemed like different departments within Extensis weren’t communicating with each other. There was a lot of information we needed to provide for onboarding, and having to share the same details multiple times for different departments became pretty cumbersome.

Better and more affordable health insurance for our employees
Additional benefits that we can offer to our employees such as dental, vision, hospital indemnity, life insurance, etc.
A more stream lined and integrated payroll system for our two companies.

During this transition it was extremely helpful as an administrator to monitor employees during the onboarding and benefits enrollment process. I was easily able to run reports and reach out the employees directly if any pending items still needed to be completed.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

I have not experienced any downsides.  

The only thing for me as an administrator is to take extra time to learn and get accustomed to new platform.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better customer service to our managers and employees, especially from an HR standpoint.   We feel we will have more hands-on experience then utilizing a PEO that was global that focused more on creating cases in the portal, that could take 72 hours for a response.

I really like the service from ExtensisHR. The team is always very helpful, thorough, friendly, and there when you need them. I often use the PTO management feature, which is crucial for managing the US team from the UK office and ensuring compliance with company protocol. The initial setup was easy since everyone was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

I think ExtensisHR can be a little confusing and not easy to navigate. With PTO, it would be good to see who is on leave when you are going to approve it.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ExtensisHR for managing absences, employee starters and leavers, forms, and I-9s, especially through PTO management. It helps me manage the US team from the UK office, ensuring they follow company protocol.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

I like ExtensisHR’s user interface for both admins and employee users. As an admin, it’s super simple and straightforward. There isn’t a lot of fancy imaging; it’s mainly menus for everything you need, right there on the main dashboard. I have Company Info, Employee Info, and Reporting Info at my fingertips as soon as I log in, and I can quickly choose where to go next. If I can’t find something, the search tool seems to work great for whatever I’m looking for.

From an employee perspective, it’s a little prettier to look at and still very easy to navigate. We even use ExtensisHR profile screenshots in our orientations to show new employees how easy it is to self-serve their information, whether they’re making updates, changing info, or handling other basic changes.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

We have a couple of items on our wishlist, starting with a better Organizational Chart Tool. The current org chart capability isn’t good at all, and our rep suggested exporting the data and then using an outside tool to create the org chart. In addition, I very much dislike that additional tax withholdings are not shown as a separate line item on checks. This makes it difficult for employees to understand what their actual tax is and to confirm that their additional withholding is accurate.

ExtensisHR provides a self-service system for employees and managers, which helps us move day-to-day transactional tasks out of HR’s hands. It also gives us access to a professional resource for higher-level HR compliance concerns whenever we need it.

I appreciate the great sales, implementation, and service team at ExtensisHR. They are responsive and seem to be true experts in their fields. I like that they really get to know their clients. The implementation team was great, especially since we had an accelerated timeline, and things worked well.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

Our biggest complaint is that they cannot handle our 401(k) safe harbor and discretionary matching calculation because we include the value of group term life in our calculations, and the system software does not yet have this ability. This means we have to do a manual calculation each pay period rather than relying on a system and then make adjustments to most employees' paychecks. We have provided this feedback several times before, but it obviously does not seem to rise to a priority likely because other clients are not doing the calculation the way we are.

ExtensisHR handles payroll processing and HR issues like job descriptions, pricing, postings, career advancement, and benefit enrollment. It offers more affordable benefits and additional HR support, crucial for our small team.

What I like most about ExtensisHR is the high quality of professionals that work there. They are always available and extremely efficient in what they do. They are highly trained, experienced, and a wealth of knowledge for those who don't do this every day. The initial setup was streamlined so efficiently that it made it very easy for our company to make the transition. We switched from another provider to ExtensisHR, which has been extremely efficient and smooth running. The cost was much more efficient for us, and the team support was of greater value.

What I like best about ExtensisHR is their exceptional customer service. Every associate I’ve worked with is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They feel like a true extension of my own team—proactive, reliable, and consistently willing to go the extra mile.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

There isn’t much I truly dislike about ExtensisHR, but if I had to highlight one area for improvement, it would be the ability to have a bit more customization for my team in certain processes and workflows. Their support is excellent, and I know they’re always willing to help—I'd just love to see more flexibility in tailoring a few areas to better align with how our organization operates

ExtensisHR is helping us streamline several critical functions—primarily payroll and HR support—which has made my job significantly easier and more efficient. They handle the day-to-day details with accuracy and responsiveness, allowing me to focus on higher-level priorities. We also participate in their 401(k) plan, and having them manage that aspect provides peace of mind and ensures everything is handled correctly. **What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

What I like most about ExtensisHR is the response time I've received, especially from my account manager, Zori, and my HR manager, Anne Castro. They have been extremely responsive and usually get back to me within an hour, if not less. They also make me feel very confident about my next steps in any situation and they never make me feel like any questions are stupid.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

During the onboarding, it was very overwhelming because there were so many different people from ExtensisHR contacting us. We were signing a lot of different agreements, and it seemed disconnected at times as though the team was not speaking to each other. We, in particular, had difficulty communicating with the 401k team.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ExtensisHR for all our HR needs, payroll, and benefits. It supports us with team coaching, provides essential forms, offers excellent benefits, and has a great portal for tracking PTO and important information.

Filing all my paperwork is super easy, the backend is solid.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

It's hard to figure out the external URLs for all of my benefits. I usually have to look them up myself outside of the Extensis backend.

I work for a smaller company, so we have only a couple HR people. I don't have to bog them down with paperwork questions.

Each associate is very well versed in their topic so i always get a thorough and complete answer to my questions

A few quirks about new hire entering specifics could be improved - should not have to be state specific for example

The staff at ExtensisHR is very patient and easy to work with. The implementation process has been easy and efficient. All the ExtensisHR employees that we have worked with provide excellent customer service.

We have not been with ExtensisHR long enough to find anything negative. Although many of our employees find the employee portal challenging to get used to.

I really appreciate the quick resolution of any small issues by ExtensisHR, they get us back on track without delay. The team, including Valerie, Ellie, Rae, Mel, Barbara, and Drew, is fantastic, and the Employee Solutions Center is exceptional. I'm excited to see how the Performance Management feature evolves, especially in terms of transitioning from manual reviews to a process-driven system. The initial setup of ExtensisHR was flawless, and everything so far is tremendously better than our previous HRIS. If I could rate it, I would give it more than a 10, possibly a 20 or higher!

ExtensisHR handles Payroll and HR Management, ensuring compliance and performance. It moves our reviews from manual to a process-driven system, and any small issues we've encountered were quickly addressed. It's tremendously better than our previous HRIS.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

ExtensisHR has been a great partner for NobleReach Foundation. As a small nonprofit with around 50 employees, having access to a comprehensive and generous benefits package through their PEO services has been invaluable for both recruitment and retention.

What truly sets ExtensisHR apart is our account representative, Claudia Luna. She is exceptional in every way—attentive, responsive, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Claudia makes navigating HR administration smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what we need as we focus on our mission.

Highly recommend ExtensisHR, especially if you're fortunate enough to work with Claudia!

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

It is pretty hard to find anything to dislike about ExtensisHR. With any PEO, you lose some ability to "own" some processes and systems, but that is just the nature of the setup (i.e. our ATS does not integrate with Extensis because we chose an ATS outside of their offerings). This was our decision entirely.

ExtensisHR has exceptional benefits offerings and has always done a great job of negotiating our renewals every year. They continue to work to streamline their processes as well for ease of administration.

I like that the service team is responsive and attentive, which is really helpful. The benefit prices are reasonable, and the systems process payroll accurately. The platform offers lots of good ancillary benefits and offerings that employees are interested in. Having a dedicated team that can answer HR questions is very helpful, and hiring and terminating is easier with ExtensisHR because they have good knowledge. Additionally, reduced benefit costs and the additional benefits offered by ExtensisHR are appealing, as is their competitive fee model.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

Tech systems are old and sometimes overly complicated to do simple tasks. Lack of a QuickBooks Online integration is problematic for accounting and finance teams.

I use ExtensisHR for payroll, hiring, benefits, and 401k, finding their service team responsive and attentive. The platform processes payroll accurately and offers competitive benefit prices. It also provides useful ancillary benefits, and their knowledgeable team makes hiring and termination easier.

I like that ExtensisHR is extremely responsive, which makes it a reliable partner for us. Our biggest value add was being part of a pool which allowed us to get better benefits and reduce our costs to employees and the company.  Their online portal is also an improvement over what we had.

Of course the cost but in the end the benefits outweighed the costs.

I truly appreciate ExtensisHR for their outstanding customer service and very competitive rates, which have been beneficial for our business in Alaska strapped with high healthcare costs. The platform offers us the ability to provide a robust benefits package to our employees in a cost-effective manner. This collaboration is vital because when going the PEO route, having a dedicated team is crucial, and ExtensisHR provides exactly that. Switching to ExtensisHR was a wise decision as we now experience significantly better customer service and cost savings, amounting to over $10,000 for our business. Extensis, especially our implementation manager, time and labor support and hr support people, (Patrick Fitzsimmons, Sonsarae Smith and Sarah Forsyth, is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to help. Whenever an issue or question has come up, them or their team has been able to respond promptly and works hard to get us the answers or solutions we need. This has helped the integration of the new system and make this a much less painful process.

We are still trying to successfully use the clock in features, and a month in we've still had issues. Even though we've had issues the team has been extremely helpful and this feature is through an outside vendor Extensis uses so that is the biggest flaw.

Establishing a centralized system that incorporates payroll, 401K, healthcare and other benefits, this centralization will help employees track all of their benefits more easily.

The whole experience has been a good one, I have delt with 3 PEO in the last 2 years and the other 2 it was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and if you did the problem took weeks to resolve. ExtrnsisHR was different easy to connect with, and Patrick Fitzsimmons is a pleasure to deal with, I was 10 minutes late for a meeting and he was still there waiting for me and super accommodating. We are also a Start Up and our owners are from Europe so there are some specific challenges all of which have been accommodated with no fuss.

ExtensisHR is our second PEO in my tenure at RIBUS, and while they are different from the last, they have been incredibly helpful and responsive. We are a small business and do not have an internal HR team, so it's really wonderful to know that we have a resource in Extensis that can keep us up-to-date and provide advice and guidance on important HR topics. I feel like not a week goes by that we aren't communicating with Extensis on one topic or another.

This is less about Extensis and more about our former PEO, where they were more hands-on and able to act on our company's behalf versus provide guidance. This was frustrating at first since it was not what we were used to, but it is allowing us to LEARN versus DIRECT and I find it incredibly valuable.

As a hiring manager, it is tedious and time consuming to review thousands of resumes that are submitted based on one job posting.  ExtensisHR takes the burden of this review off of our plate and has provided screened, applicable candidates to us for next steps.  ExtensisHR helped to review resumes based on a job description, narrow down the applicant pool, screen the candidates based on salary, and provide recommendations for ways in which to attract qualified candidates.  It has saved hours of this grueling process, allowing us to focus on other tasks at hand.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

It is often difficult to fully explain a job description based on the job title. At times, candidates have been passed on to us, that in theory, should fit the bill due to the job title, however, their experience did not align and/or their salary expectations were higher than our budget.  With this though, the time savings of having ExtensisHR handle this process for us, far outweighs the number of candidates that were not qualified.

The time it takes for screening applicants.  ExtensisHR allows us to focus on other priorities while they narrow down the candidate pool.

Extensis benefits plans were significantly better and cheaper than what we had with a previous PEO in most cases.   We liked the many benefits they offered including things like pet insurance.  They also have recruiting help should we need it though I have not yet used that service.  The implementation process was relatively painless and the team was helpful in ensuring we had the support needed.  They were very responsive and knowledgeable.The customer service team was quick to answer questions.

At this point, there's not much to dislike about Extensis.  A couple nitpicky things:the sales team at the beginning of the process didn't always have the right answers to my questions.  An SOP to reference on how to do payroll would be helpful.

We had very expensive and not very good benefits previously.  We now have a full solution of benefits that we like and that our employees find useful.  As a one-person HR team, Extensis also helps me with HR tasks and is a resource to ask questions to.  They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

As a small employer, ExtensisHR allows us to have the systems, benefits, and policies in place to run our human resources and payroll functions smoothly and effectively.

These days, its hard to have anybody on payroll without have a fully vetted employee handbook to protect you and the company. At another company, my HR team and I spent hours upon hours fine tuning a handbook that also needed a legal review. The process here was so much more convient and you have experts to assist you in completing it.

Our HR manager, Cara, is amazing. Always helpful and friendly. And if she doesn't know for certain, she has a team of subject matter experts ready to help.

Erika is my lifeline when it comes to payroll. We run semi-monthly and it seems like at least once a month, we have a curveball to deal with; sometimes of my own making! Erika knows just what to do and gets back to with the solution before you know it.

As a small employer, both workers compensation and health and welfare benefits can be a real challenge. Both are easy to administer and the offering for health plans, dental, vision, and ADD/life insurance give us the ability to compete with larger organizations. Plus they have numerous supplemental benefits like pet insurance, legal assistance, supplemental life, AFLAC, etc.

ExtensisHR is a complete solution for your business.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

ExtensisHR does its best to understand your business needs and services that are required, but some details can fall through the gap. Just be careful to review things as you get setup or add new functionality.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees in a number of states, so their ability to manage that is nearly priceless. I don't know how we would do it if were had to do it ourselves. The tools for your business are great - payroll, PTO tracking, training requirements, open enrollment, and handbook are just some of the tools I have used to save me hundreds of hours of work.

The most valuable and helpful aspect of our partnership with Extensis is that they are real partners.  They are reliable, knowledgeable and helpful.  At any time we can connect with a team member to help us - that is truly invaluable, namely in the HR world when no two days are the same!

Extensis has all of the core functionality needed to support businesses.  There are some ways it can be more modern or integrated, however I believe the level of customer service and 1:1 in-person support you receive through their team is more valuable.

Extensis supports critical business functions we wouldn't be able to support otherwise - namely, payroll, compliance, and policy support.  It's a huge benefit for a small, growing company.

I have been so impressed with the positive attitudes and the helpfulness of all of the Extensis HR employees on our dedicated team. Our implementation manager had an unexpected emergency in the middle of the onboarding process and the transition to a new manager was easy and painless.

We have a very small and very unique company, so there have been a couple of policies of ours that took some time to determine how to best get them into the system.

We are a very small company (10 employees), so it is difficult for us to be competitive in the benefits market. Extensis has allowed us to offer our employees a richer benefits package than we would have been able to do on our own, all while saving us money. We have also been able to move multiple things (payroll, benefits, 401k, expense reporting, etc.) under one umbrella which eases the administration burden.

At this point, the only real positive we have experienced is the affordable benefits costs.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

The software is horrendous. We are going into month 3 and our implementation is not complete, there are still pieces of the software that are not built out. Our implementation team's quality of work is basically nonexistent. We have spent nearly as much time fixing the mistakes of the implementation team as we have actually using the software. It's impossible to integrate other softwares with ExtensisHR, our dev team has been attempted to integrate the software we provide with the platform with no luck. I use this software every single day and am still findind out more features that it is lacking. It's an incredibly manual software and frustrating to you. It takes an average of 10 clicks to get to view anything you are looking for and every time I ask for advice or assistance from our implementation team, they just tell me to use the search bar instead. Speaking of help from the implementation team, training on the software has been nonexistent. Every time we ask for assistance on how to do a simple task, they send us a "How To Guide". If someone had taken a couple of hours to truly train us on how to use the software, we wouldn't still be asking for "How To Guides" 3 months into using the software. ExtensisHR limits the admin's ability to view or update employee information but at the same time, when someone from the company emails their support, the support team asks for their SSN over email in their first response - I don't think I need to point out how inappropriate that is to verify over email. We signed a year contract but I am already counting down the days for when our contract is up and we can switch to a software that actually works.

We implemented ExtensisHR as our PEO, mainly because of the cost savings for benefits.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

I love that every time I call I get to speak with a person, they are always there to help, even if they do not have the answer I can rest asure they will call me back with an answer in a reasobale time. This treatment extend in all their services, from payroll, recruitment, HR, and benefits.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

There have been some features that were not fully fuctional like LOA cloud. However, that was because it was a completly new awesome feature they were installing and needed some time for it to be fully functional. But now we have a fully funcional easy to use Leave management tool so I guess it is not so bad.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extensis is currently helping me with their new school outreach, they are helping with mandatory yearly training for staff, yearly contract, keeping up with certification, recruitment needs, and much more.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

The customer service we've received has been excellent. From our Payroll Rep to our HR Rep, everyone has always been responsive and supportive. I have also received feedback from our employees that reaching out to the Employee Solutions Center has always been a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

There is nothing major that I dislike about ExtensisHR. I do wish that the payroll system were more adaptable to what we need rather than the other way around. But, this is so minor and does not negatively effect my ability to do my job.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have been some really great additions to hiring and onboarding for schools that I think will really benefit folks who don't already have a hiring/onboarding tracking system that they are using.

The customer service. Our account rep is extremely knowledgeable and quickly responds to issues/concerns and questions about HR policies and procedures.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

Honestly, we do like everything Extensis has to offer so far.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a knowledgeable HR representative assigned to our account is extremely beneficial. It puts us at ease knowing that we have a second set of eyes to mitigate legal risks associated with employee terminations.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

Extensis provides a full suite of HR tools. The PEO model allows me to bring on employees anywhere. But there are a lot of companies who do that. What sets Exensis apart is their employees who will go above and beyond should a problem or a new situation arise.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

The reports are hard to navigate but they will work with you to create custom reports to meet your exact needs.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing each of the juristidictions where I have employees, handling new HR issues like if someone needs to go on medical leave.

**What do you like best about ExtensisHR?**

On boarding with Extensis went quite smooth.  What I like most about them is it is very easy to talk to a real person.  The dashboard is easy to use.  The Payroll service is excellent to deal with.  We have one person assigned to us and he is extremely accessable and responsive.

**What do you dislike about ExtensisHR?**

The reporting side of the program could be more user accessable but for a small company it works quite well for us.

**What problems is ExtensisHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any payroll problems I have they are very responsive.  No on going problems
