What I love most about PostGrid is how effortless it makes our direct mail process. As a healthcare education company, we need to get brochures, course updates, and certifications info into the hands of both students and clinics—without dealing with the hassle of printing and mailing it all ourselves. PostGrid takes care of it start to finish, and the interface is pretty user-friendly (even if you’re not super technical). What do you like best about PostGrid Print & Mail?

I love how PostGrid makes it so easy to get our direct mail pieces out the door without needing to worry about printing or stamps or any of that. We run a small antique business and do regular shows and catalog sales, and it used to be such a chore getting everything mailed. Now we just upload our mailing list, design the postcard or letter, and PostGrid takes care of the rest. What I like best is how easy PostGrid makes it to target homes in the areas we're working in. We're a home improvement business and getting in front of the right households matters big time. The design process is smooth and the print quality is actually really good—even our before-and-after pics come out crisp. I also like the ability to personalize each mailer by name and area, it really adds a personal touch that makes folks more likely to call. PostGrid made it incredibly easy to personalize and automate our direct mail campaigns—something that would’ve taken days before. I especially like how we can integrate it with our CRM (we use HubSpot), so everything feels streamlined and organized. What stands out the most for us is how seamless PostGrid makes the whole direct mail process — from address validation to actual printing and delivery.
