Beautiful user interface, comprehensive features for a small-medium team. New AI assist features are a great addition to our workflow, and very intuitive to the hiring process. The customer success team clearly communicates new developments and plans so we are clear features we have asked for are being worked on.

Getting started is really easy as the solution is extremely intuitive. Implementing it can be done in no time.

We use it every couple of weeks for hiring, but are planning to scale usage with new hiring which we are planning to do in the next year.

We’re a small team that recently made our first hire using PontaHR and we really appreciated the collaborative aspect of the tool. There were a few of us, from different teams, and PontaHR made it really easy to share our opinions, follow where we were in the hiring process, and track the communication with the candidates.

The platform was intuitive to navigate and user-friendly, even for someone using it for the first time. PontaHR is visually great and has a bunch of different features that come in handy while expanding your team – from a customizable hiring process to in-app interview scheduling and emailing.

PontaHR's main strenght as a product comes from its focus on providing the best possible user experience. It's highly responsive, easy to navigate, with visuals that are both pleasing to the eye and instructive in directing the user.

Although we had an existing database of conducted recruitment processes in a different tool, integrating it into PontaHR was quite simple, as well as adding it to the our website. The whole process was definitelly made more efortless by the professional, but warm approach of the PontaHR support team.

With our company's growth not being the main focus right now, we don't use it intensively. However, I wish I had the chance to use this tool back when recruitment was my main job focus every day, it would've made my life so much easier!

Being a relatively new product, it doesn't have some additional features that would be useful for recruiters, HR and hiring members who are using it.
