I appreciate Plumb5 for how it balances simple automation with lightweight visitor tracking, which fits perfectly for a small HR team at a public library without dedicated marketing staff. My favorite feature is the pre-scheduled email drip campaigns tailored for recruitment. I can create separate templates for different roles, and the system automates interview invites and follow-ups, saving me from the burden of repetitive emails. I also value the built-in form analytics, which allow me to monitor where applicants drop off in our online job form and adjust accordingly without needing extra analytics tools. Additionally, Plumb5 works smoothly alongside HRSprout, enabling easy transfer of candidate information without complex setup. The pricing is reasonable for a nonprofit, as I only pay for the contact lists we use, and it helps me maintain consistent recruitment communications while reducing administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Plumb5?**

The email template editor in Plumb5 falls short when it comes to advanced formatting. Properly embedding and aligning our institutional logo is a struggle, as it frequently shifts out of place once the message is sent. Controlling paragraph spacing and text alignment is frustrating due to only basic font adjustments being available, without advanced controls for line height, indentation, or consistent margins. This creates unnecessary repetitive work to match our standardized official letter template. Native two-way sync with mainstream HR platforms such as HRSprout is also needed. Manual export and import of candidate CSV files creates duplicate contacts and extra cleanup work when multiple job openings bring in batches of applications. Automatic contact tagging based on applied job roles would save hours of sorting full-time candidates from volunteers.

**What do you like best about Plumb5?**

I really like how Plumb5 helps me build distinct contact buckets split by our core business groups like raw lumber forest vendors and small-scale stationery resellers, linking each to a preformatted template tailored for specific correspondence, which saves me so much time. This segmentation ensures I only target the relevant stakeholders with necessary information, avoiding unnecessary emails. The straightforward scheduled automation functionality is another standout feature; it automates the dispatch of recurring communications on preset dates, which is a lifesaver when I'm busy. I also value the easy-to-export engagement reporting, allowing me to archive important communication data efficiently. Plumb5's pre-built email templates and segmented contact groups massively cut down on the repetitive work of drafting emails from scratch, enabling me to attach important documents from Egnyte and send them in bulk, which used to be very time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Plumb5?**

Plumb5 has limited bulk-editing functionality for existing contact groups and saved email templates. When our business adjusts supplier categorization, I cannot select dozens of contacts and reassign their segment tags in bulk; instead, I need to open each individual contact profile one by one to edit grouping settings. It’s also inconvenient when updating standard template language: small company policy or legal disclaimer edits require opening every relevant template separately rather than pushing bulk changes across all selected templates at once, which slows prep work ahead of quarterly pricing mailouts.

Plumb5 automates our bulk email processes, saving a full workday by eliminating manual email drafting. It ensures timely business notifications through scheduled messages, prevents missed communications, and centralizes outreach tracking, simplifying audits and reviews with organized communication logs.

Plumb5 is entirely reasonable to set up your email marketing campaign. The best thing is automation. You can set the timing and add a separate email body according to your target audience. If you are searching email automation tool, please must try it. No need to buy it, first use the trial version and set up your campaign and check the result. I give you the surety that you link the result.

**What do you dislike about Plumb5?**

I recommend adding some more features like synchronizing the data with Google Sheet or other sources because sometimes business owners are requested to use the Drive data for automation for security purposes.

I use plumb5 to set up my email marketing campaign to check the feedback from the customers about my services. The result is good, and I am happy to use it.

I'm not happy with the tracking process. The data can be misplaced. Functionality can be confusing at times.

Lead Management System, Real Time Engagement are best for us. LMS help us to track the leads comes in for us and to know how effectively is the follow up is done by our sales team. Real Time Engagement app, gives us quality leads.

It should be little more user friendly. To use Most of its engagement tools, we required training and have to know little on HTML language.

i have been user for this product for 1 year when i was working for real estate company, i trusted this product and have started implementing, i see lot of problems while using the product. no training to use

tracking is worst, always mismatch of data, email and SMS goes only inside SPAM

please don't ever consider taking this product. you will have to end up in no results

**What do you like best about Plumb5?**

Love the technology, True segment of one platform. Various widgets allow real time engagement with your online customers and their ability to treat them as an individual. This brings in possibilities of executing multiple business use cases using the tool. The best of it is its ability to unify data from various sources and bring it on to one platform. Data is a very key aspect of this product as far as we have seen and some of our customers just loved it. 

**What do you dislike about Plumb5?**

New products take time to spread its wings across the world. Very few people who can use the product wisely. This calls for P5 training and creating a lot more P5 certified partners and subject matter experts. 

**Recommendations to others considering Plumb5:**

I would highly recommend this product to others. As a seasoned marketing person having worked on the very first Unity Mail to Lyris to Unica, I see merit in the product and its ability to unify data from various sources to one single platform. 

**What problems is Plumb5 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved multiple problems using the solution. While for a few customers we have solved Lead Management, allocation and quicker time to response, while for others we have integrated with POS and bring on the data under one umbrella and for some we have solved personalised and real time engagement with online users. As a consultant we have advised customers to use this and the client responses has been amazing. This has really helped us provide more value to our customers at a low cost as compared to other products available in the market.

The display page in prospect management page is identifies with emails, ideally the names should have been the first  identification column, followed with email address.

Many to quote, but primarily the follow up of leads and efficiency in converting the lead to business has drastically gone up .  The slip and delays of  follow up is one of the major problems which is been solved through Plumb5.

The functionality of the system is extremely user friendly.  Having the ability to create templates, segment the database, send the emails and track the success is well set up.  As a novice, I was able to learn the system quickly.  The Followup from Shubha has been excellent.  She is friendly, and listens to requests.

**What do you dislike about Plumb5?**

There are always teething issues with new systems.  We have had a few template issues over time, but these continue to be worked on and improved.

I you are seeking a complete emailing and social media system that will help track clients and multiple databases then you will be very pleased with Plumb5.  

Shubha has been excellent at helping implement changes, and actually suggesting helpful strategies that will enhance success.

Tracking the marketing to clients and increasing business from existing and new clients.

We have been able to understand where our business is coming from and implement new strategies to increase business in these areas.

Great value for money specially for start ups and mid segment company. Compared to Omniture or Webtrend it covers almost features & Affordable Tool.
Real time web engagement is the feature I like the most because there is high chances of conversion when a lead/repeated lead is contacted in real time and ones web behaviour is right in front of a sales agent.
The tool has other features too like CRM, email marketing, Social look up etc. 
When all the data is placed in one system and there is continues flow there is much to analyse data and lot more insights. Plumb5 allows to flow data with all features combined.

1. Customized dashboard/report is not possible with all possible filters.
2. Segmentation of data has to be improved specially for emails.
3. Great to see if SMS dashboard works.

The first thing about the tool is its simplicity. Engagement feature is another area which is quite interesting. Integrating with 3rd party websites.

The tool is quite rigid in few areas. I would like the tool to give me a combined dashboard view with all possible filters. Generate ROI report for a campaign through various sources.

Plumb5 being a web based CRM, it becomes easy for us to use it across various locations. The other features which we like are:

The flexibility with which the product got ingrained with the website for analysis. Information regarding the Visible interfacing with the customer was dependent only on the mail inflows till we decided to utilize the plumb5 website analysis tool. A good analytical tool for re-marketing.

The profiling of customer database was not totally clear due to the lack of complete transparence. The analysis could be made easier.
