
I like how Plotto takes all the messy, fragmented parts of client onboarding and workflow management and turns them into a clean, simple, and reliable process that just works day in and day out. It's incredibly intuitive to build out custom workflows, automate reminders, and track progress in real time—no complicated training or technical setup required. I also really appreciate how it eliminates the endless back-and-forth with clients over documents, signatures, and missing information. Everything is centralized, so there's no more digging through old emails or chasing people down; both our team and clients have full visibility into what's needed and when. A few of our clients mentioned the client-facing portal could use a bit more branding flexibility to feel more aligned with our company’s look and feel. Right now it’s clean and functional, but more white-label options would help create a more polished, consistent brand experience from start to finish. Another point is user permissions and role access. The platform works well for small teams, but as we’ve scaled, we’ve wanted more granular control over who can edit workflows, view client data, or change settings.
