There are a few areas where Plotto could be improved. First, the built-in data filtering and analysis functions are quite basic, lacking advanced tagging and smart categorization tools needed for large qualitative research projects. Second, it has limited native integration with mainstream German market research and reporting tools, which makes syncing video findings directly into our internal workflow harder. Additionally, the customization of survey branding and layout is not flexible enough for branded research reports we deliver to our enterprise clients. I appreciate how Plotto streamlines the entire video investigation workflow, making case management far more efficient. I use Plotto for AI storytelling and roleplay. I find it easy to write stories quickly and the AI really helps when it's hard to come up with ideas. I particularly enjoy the AI character chat and roleplay features because I can make it act like Naruto or Bleach characters, which I really like. A few of our clients mentioned the client-facing portal could use a bit more branding flexibility to feel more aligned with our company’s look and feel. Right now it’s clean and functional, but more white-label options would help create a more polished, consistent brand experience from start to finish. Another point is user permissions and role access. The platform works well for small teams, but as we’ve scaled, we’ve wanted more granular control over who can edit workflows, view client data, or change settings. You can make really cool presentations using various tools from the panel; plus you can see what the responders are saying at the same time and you can correspond accordingly. There is a free version of Plotto as well for anyone who can't afford to get the full version. You can also get a transcript of the video answers which could really help and save lots of time. It allows you to run a market research for product or service and can be location based. It provides the actual feedback from potential clients or customers which works perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its not too accessible. The way to start up with it seems easy but gets kind of hard get through and the free trial isn't as expected as well. What I love about Plotto is all the features integrated into this app-such as analyzing video responses, and it is also interactive as well during conferences. It's one of the best apps I use for editing and collecting data. I highly recommend using this app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
