The reason for that is because I find it that if something is simple and straight forward it is likely that more and more people will want to give it a try at least. This is because when something is technical, people may get annoyed or irritated at the fact that it is hard to surf around and or use and may end up leaving the site and not want to give it a try even if it can be really helpful. This is the reason as to why I like simplicity the best when it comes to using Plotto. **What do you dislike about Plotto?** One thing that I dislike about using Plotto is that at times I notice that there can be ads out of nowhere. This is something I definitely do not like at all because it actually wastes my time, when instead I could have utilized the website for something else that will help both me and the company as well. I feel that if that were to be updated or get fixed very soon, I would most definitely will not have any other kinds of issue with using Plotto at all. To me, the most unique and useful feature of this survey tool is the ability to let users record a video answer. Plotto gives me the video, a sentiment analysis based on facial expressions, and a transcript which saves so many steps. I used it for executive-level interviews recently and got great insights from watching the short answers. What used to take days to manage and review, took only hours!
