I used PlanningPME in my global company for over 13 years. I found PlanningPME very flexible and efficient for planning over 250 resources globally. The drag and drop features and the ability rename tasks and unavailabilities and color code them to make sense for your own business was great. I also like the templates available for different sectors of business. They make is easy to schedule resources and then see easily who is available for work. I love that it has the ability to create skills and assign them to resources and then search for availability of resources with that skill set.additionally being able to sync with Outlook calendars of our technicians and automatically send email notificstions to planned resources when events were created or changed was a great time saver.
One of the best features is that the pricing of PlanningPME is very competitive whether you have a small business or a large global enterprise.

It is very easy to use PlanningPME but there may be some that don't find it completely intuitive with some of the features. Luckily there is a PDF user guide to help explain some of the features and purchasing additional trainjng is always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
