I've used it to book meetings connected with Zoom and found it easy to set up from the start so attendees are notified of locations and any changes. The free trial to test out features helped us get set up without any hiccups. **What do you dislike about pickatime?** There is some time needed to learn the interface since the platform does offer a lot of different features. **What problems is pickatime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pickatime has helped us keep our scheduling organized and avoid calender conflicts by keeping everything centralized. Everyone is kept in the loop since changes and new appoinments are all updated quickly and reliably, which has helped us managed busy periods much better. ### 2.
