**What do you like best about Pepper Cloud?**

Pepper Cloud makes capturing, tracking, and managing leads from various sources such as Facebook, WhatsApp ads, Google ads as easy as possible. Additionally, it centralizes interactions from social channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels. The CRM system enables us to track conversations, associate them with businesses, and personalise conversations effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Pepper Cloud?**

Honestly, I wish Pepper Cloud supported more social media platforms beyond Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Expanding to newer or niche platforms would be great for more diverse campaigns.

**What problems is Pepper Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing social media leads is finally seamless—Pepper Cloud brings everything into one place and keeps us organized.

I liked it's WhatsApp and AI Integrations. It's a unified platfrom for conversational sales and marketing.

I found that it supports limited number of templates.

It's provided us a all-in-one platform for sales and marketing needs as it supports many social media integration, voice and video calling capabilities and much more.

It was basically solving the problems of CRM for the client of the company and it was supportive for cleint in achieving it's objectivity.
