What do you like best about PDCflow?

Tracy and the team at Special Agent are superb! Any questions, issues, or guidance I need is addressed quickly and efficiently within minutes! This program is perfect for our new company and affordable. It is easy to manage and access our clients . Carrier downloads have been seemless-Tracy was also helpful in setting up the connection to our IVANS account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDCflow?

i don't like that you can see every overlay that is created. I think you should be able to keep documents just for your eyes only. It doesn't feel private enough, especially for someone in HR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback. In regard to keeping overlays private, PDCflow had robust data controls for customers like you who need more advanced user management. For example, departments can be used to limit user access to templates and records.
