The best part about PDCflow is that they are integrated with DAKCS. It is very convenient to not have to navigate to another platform in order to take payments. The only part that I dislike about PDCflow is that they do not allow for much customization with the language that they include in text messages. PDC has told me that they are only allowed to include certain language because of carrier restrictions and higher powers, but I know of other texting vendors that have better language in their text messages. I have even sent PDC an image of an example of one of those text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is PDCflow solving and how is that benefiting you? PDCflow allows us to have more convenience. It is helpful to our team to not have to navigate to another website or platform to take a payment. This allows for speed and accuracy within our company.
