What do you dislike about Payoneer?
Between May and August 2024, Payoneer disabled my account with no warning, no explanation, and no chance to fix anything. I woke up one day locked out of my funds and invoices. Because of this, my clients couldn’t pay me, deals fell apart, and my reputation suffered because I looked unprofessional.
They still hold about $15 of my money. First they claimed they returned it, then they changed their story and kept it. Whenever I ask for real help, I get robotic replies that solve nothing. I have provided everything they requested — my ID, payment history, full business details — and they still ignore me. There is no real human support, just empty replies.
This has cost me time, money, and trust. I had to explain to clients why payments failed. Some stopped working with me completely. The stress is not worth it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None. Payoneer created more problems than it ever solved. I lost income, clients, and peace of mind. There were no benefits at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are a freelancer or small business owner, think very carefully before you trust Payoneer with your money. They can close your account without notice, hold your funds without reason, and offer no real help when you need it most. Look for alternatives with real support and clear policies.
