It has increased out ancillary revenue by over $100k in room upsells alone. It has also streamlined our Individual Reservation process, giving attendees the power to choose their accommodations while enjoying our fabulous amenities. Event Planners can easily access registration, reservations, and logistics for their room block which lets them know exactly where their numbers are for registration, staff rooms, and VIP accommodations. I use the software every day to report to our leadership teams and all of the reports were easy to understand. Our Success Specialist also took great care to make sure all of our marketing looked as amazing as it is in person. **What do you dislike about Cvent Supplier & Venue Solutions?** I have very little negative feedback about Cvent Passkey. Once a user has gone through a few training modules, the software is user friendly enough to give you room to learn along the way. **What problems is Cvent Supplier & Venue Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our hotel had an untapped revenue source - upsells. We have many upgrade and suite options at my property and since they are not all included in group contracts, we were loosing out on all of these valuable assets. There is no way to separate if clients make their own reservations or if it's a list. They have a dedicated place to upload, manipulate and check their rooming list. Especially in today's world, where everyone is short-staffed, having to stop writing a contract for one client to send a rooming list to another is time-consuming. Personally, I used to be a team of 4, and now it's just me, so my time is precious and has to be managed perfectly. This system allows my clients the ability to see their list, make changes or additions. It had a very small learning curve for all of our clients. We work with an older client base and they were able to sign up for rooms with ease. Working with room blocks on the back end of Passkey allowed us to keep our clients informed on room availability. **What do you dislike about Cvent Supplier & Venue Solutions?** Training is long but still very informative. The initial training was about 8 hours broken up into three different sessions. Usually, the questions we receive from our clients need to be directed to our hotel vendor. Now we can answer all of their questions directly because we have access to all the room blocks. We made sure to check in as we first started using the software to ensure that no errors had been made. Since the company is owned by cvent, they should update to look more like the branding of their other products, Its very clunkly. Sucks that the hotel also has to have to software for it to work. We spent a lot of money, and if the hotel doesnt own a license too, it is useless **Recommendations to others considering Cvent Supplier & Venue Solutions:** only buy this if you have an enourmous number of rooms, with multiple hotels and can use it for more than one event per year. Make sure the hotels you are contracting with also own a license. Benefit of less communication with hotel sales teams, can check status of blocks whenever i want. Its useful for me to see exactly when my blocks are full so I can update my registrations and website to inform potential attendees of the hotel availability status. We have had problems in the past of hotels overselling their rooms, and my attendees have been walked to properties not at all close to the conference. With the assistance of passkey, both the hotel sales team and i can see exactly how many rooms i need, and if they will be canceled. It is also useful that attendees need to give their own payment method so I dont end up owing attrition costs ### 31.
