**What do you like best about Partner Fleet?**

Partner Fleet has greatly helped us refine our partner program; giving our partners a more robust tool and platform to showcase their solution, easily publish new updates or announcements, and is now serving as an important source for us to inform product & partnership strategy through the analytics it provides. We've also loved working with Elizabeth and the team! They're always more than willing to help, answer questions, and go above & beyond to help us customize / utilize Partner Fleet in a way that directly meets what we need.

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

Nothing to dislike! The onboarding process was incredibly helpful, our introduction to our Customer Success Manager went very smoothly, and overall we feel supported / excited about all we can do with our new marketplace.

**What problems is Partner Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before PF, we didn't have a marketplace this robust. It was a simple link to our partner's websites. Because of this, we had no way to track Partner Qualified Leads, no way to understand customer demand for our partners or to see which solutions were most sought after, and our partner tracking in general was all over the place. Now we have a centralized hub for everything partner-related.

**What do you like best about Partner Fleet?**

Partner Fleet gives our team a lot of flexibility, and plenty of options for our Partners to showcase themselves in our Partner Marketplace. Implementation was guided, and the platform is pretty easy to use, once you get used to the navigation.

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

The back-end/admin console could be a bit more intuitive, but they have been working on this.

**What problems is Partner Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partner Fleet brings a whole new level of transparency for our Partners, which provides our mutual customers with a plethora of additional insights about who our Partners are, and they value they can bring.

First and foremost their team is amazing to work with.  The platform itself is mostly very intuitive to use, and their new AI capabilities accelerate time to value when utilizing this platform for marketplaces.

Don't offer managed services model today, so the small amount of manual tasks can sometimes be difficult to make time for.

Easy to standup a marketplace of partners.  Easy to manage basic partner referrals/lead tracking.  Effectively utilizes AI to reduce time to value.

**What do you like best about Partner Fleet?**

- Extremely easy onboarding process that fits well with a target ecosystem / partner program launch
- User-friendly admin portal to manage marketplace settings and partner listings, great look and feel
- Highly responsive leadership and customer success team that proactively communicates new product updates and features

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

- Little to complain about. Given that they are industry agnostic, you as the Partnerships leader / marketplace adminstrator will need to think about the hierarchy and how you set up the various categories of partners, and structure of listings. But this is easily addressed by the drag-and-drop and no-code features in the platform and you don't need to be technical to use it.

**What problems is Partner Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up a partner marketplace in a short timeframe without any dev / technical resources, and managing it on an ongoing basis with a small team or even team of 1. It allows me to effectively highlight the strong ecosystem we've built in a short time - builds social proof and credibility while helping us attract more partners and customers.

Made our partner documentation very easy to point prospects into the right direction when talking integrations for our product. I use it within proposal emails frequently to make it easy for them to navigate the tools they leverage on a daily basis that integrate with ours.

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

I feel like the page and portal is simple to use and don't have anything necessarily that makes it difficult to use but would like to actually segment by company size as an option with most used as companies that are smaller might be more inclined on specific integrations as they can't afford some of the more expensive ones.

Easy direction for prospects to see our integrations and helping to optimize our tool with the ones they already use.

We love the flexibility in what your can make your templates look. Different templates for different partner programs! Easy to use! Implemenation was smooth. Great support. Connects to PartnerStack

Small feature requests here and there. Very small stuff.

**What problems is Partner Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to consolidate not only who our partners are but WHAT they do and WHAT they offer. I was getting requests from my internal teams for customer and or prospect help. Integrations, services and so on. I was the bottle neck. NOW, the employees, prospects and customers just go to the partner directory or are directed to the partner directory to find the perfect fit for their need. Partners are excited given the traffic we are getting and the leads they are receiving.

Partner Fleet has continue to innovate their UX and backend system to make it eaiser on the admin and our partners.

Our SaaS business has a growing Partner Ecosystem. We needed to find a way to showcase all of our partners to our prospects and customers both on our websites and in-app. Implementing our own version of a Marketplace would have taken significant engineering resources away from their core roles building and maintaining our software. Partner Fleet has helped us to quickly and easily build, configure and launch a beautiful Marketplace in only 4 months!

**What do you like best about Partner Fleet?**

We've been using Partner Fleet at Mindbody for over three months, and I have nothing but great things to say about the platform and the team supporting it. We had a short implementation timeline switching from our old platform, and the Partner Fleet team made the transition very smooth. We've also seen a significant increase in website visitors and interactions compared to our last platform. Lastly, our partners love that they can quickly update their listings through Partner Fleet's partner portal and that our mutual customers can leave reviews easily without needed to create an account.

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

My one criticism of the platform was the limited website analytics, but with their recent update, the analytics covered all my needs and more. Each time I encounter an error or a lack of functionality with the platform, the Partner Fleet team fixes or improves the platform in record time.

We host our partner's information on Partner Fleet so that our customers can review their options and select the right partner for their business.

We are currently rolling out PartnerFleet and I’m extremely excited about the ways it’s moving our marketplace site to the next level. It’s also sneakily helpful when it comes to onboarding and managing partners due to different permission levels and the ability to create resources for specific categories of partners or even specific partners.

Nothing yet. The team is very responsive to support needs and feature requests.

PartnerFleet is saving us loads of time on creating our marketplace site and managing/updating partner profiles. Additionally, we've thought of ways to use their partner portal for everything from partnership communicate to financial/mutual customer tracking.

Partner Fleet's support team is incredible - they are attentive, responsive, and patient. Elizabeth has been an amazing counterpart on our launch alongside Cody and Kenny. The product integrates seamlessly with our systems, and allows for our partners to update their listings quickly. The product is very customizable, and reflects our brand and matches the components we were looking for.

I really love how customizable Partner Fleet is, I just sometimes feel badly having to ask their team to input the custom requests instead of being able to do them myself!

Partner Fleet has brought a whole new meaning to what having a partner directory is. Our customers and partners can now search and sort through the type of integration or partner they are looking for, something we would never have been able to do on our own.

Honestly? The team at PartnerFleet is always responsive, listening, and open to ideas and helping us achieve what we're looking to do. Good tech with bad service is useless... like a great restaurant with horrible waiters.

I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but it's a challenge with any growing platform and startup: rough edges around the product. But this has gotten better with time, and I only expect it to do so even more.

We needed a single destination for all of our customers and prospects to find allied solutions. We saved time/internal resources working with Partner Fleet vs building in-house
Building a marketplace in-house would have never happened. The roadmap is always too full for such projects. If it were, it would lack the support and improvements Partner Fleet delivers for us.

We are a small company with 40+ partners. Our entire sales & marketing strategy is based on partnerships and integrations. Parter Fleet has enabled us to have a fantastic partner marketplace that ranks well in search and has great content for sales prospects with less work by making it easy for partners to add their own content to the marketplace.

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

I can't think of anyting that I dislike about Partner Fleet. I can see that the product is growing fast because many of our partners are beginning to use it. I think it would be cool if I could have some central content that could be used by partners also using Partner Fleet so that I wouldn't have to reproduce the content in their marketplaces.

The UI has not always felt intuitive, but we *feel* heard and the team is actively working on improvements.

The ease of use. Partner pages are easy to create. Partner can do it themselves. Simple approval workflows. Visitors can easily search, compare and connect with partners. Partners can create their own CTAs, leading to forms leading directly to them. Analytics keep track of this in the background. Integrate with Salesforce. Integrate with Magentrix. Onboarding and support is white glove. Feedback is being actioned quickly. Delivered on a new product request before golive even.

Can't say much here. Could add ways of supporting payments.

Partner Fleet strengthens our relationship with partners because it's easier for us to promote and drive revenue for them. It also helps us win more deals and strengthen relationships with customers, because they can easily search, compare and procure partner solutions that complement our value proposition and meet their needs.

Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about PF.

Instead of having to create landing pages for each partner, Partner Fleet allowed us to help our partners get set up with a beautiful spot to host their listings. It allowed our partners to have a lot of control over how their listings looked.

**What do you like best about Partner Fleet?**

There are lots of things that I like about Partner Fleet! The highlights are the ability to customize completely to your brand identity, add as many filters and categories, syndicate G2 content if needed, and the ability to build a Partner Directory without any product requirements/knowledge!

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

I don't dislike anything per se, but I know that enhancements are coming on the Analytics and Partner Enablement features. These will help a ton! Partners will then have the ability to propose edits/updates to their own pages. Plus, the ability to drive partner leads more seamlessly will be helpful as well.

**What problems is Partner Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We previously didn't have a space where all integrations/partners could be visible to a prospect/web visitor audience.
- Give our customers and prospects a better understanding of how our solution can be integrated with their tech stack.
- Selling tool for our revenue org to showcase our robust offering
- Gives our partners an additional way to drive MQLs

**What do you like best about Partner Fleet?**

The ease of use is one of the best aspects of Partner Fleet. It is also extremely customizable, with numerous templates / layouts to support your design goals. There is so much attention to detail within the different template options, allowing your team to communicate the immense amount of value within your integrations. The filter capabilities are also a great tool to segment the types of integrations and allow users to browse effectively.

**What do you dislike about Partner Fleet?**

I wouldn't consider there to be any downsides with Partner Fleet! All of our goals were met by Partner Fleet's capabilites. The one area of improvement we know Partner Fleet is already working on enhancements, and that's within the Analytics on the admin side.

**What problems is Partner Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partner Fleet allowed us to highlight our integrations externally, and in turn have a bigger reach. We wanted our prospects to have visibility into our partner ecosystem, and now they can. Another added benefit is to our Rev Org, who can pull up our Partner Hub as a tool in their conversations.
