The focus of the company is to create a tool that can enable teams to collaborate to create great learning experiences in a smart, strategic way. This means that we can easily make changes across the catalog to meet the every changing needs of the business. We can also make content that varies for the users; it can be consistent in branding, yet interesting and effective--not boring. And, finally Parta is focused on the levels of granular control, this means that you can also decide who has access to what, which is very important.

With flexibility comes a little bit of a learning curve (I'm ok with that) and that to have consistency really means taking some responsibility to set standards and templates (I'm also ok with that).

What I love most about Parta is the team behind it. The tool is innovative, but it does have a bit of a learning curve since it's unlike anything most people have used before. Thankfully, the support team is super responsive, and the how-to guides are thoroughly documented in their comprehensive knowledge base. Parta is always evolving, with new features rolling out every quarter based on what users have to say. From my first demo to my latest interactions with the software, I've always noticed the human-centered design at its core. This product was developed to truly fill a gap in the e-learning industry. Instead of making empty promises about AI replacing Instructional Designers, it creates an oh-so-needed link between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning experts.

AI is also part of Parta, but rather than generating mediocre learning modules with random, unverified internet info, it handles tasks like proofreading, writing improvement, translation, and other activities at which AI is great. Plus, companies can integrate their own AI directly into Parta.

The user experience is designed to be simple enough for non-e-learning developers, making the initial approach to e-learning creation encouraging for SMEs. This lets them focus on their creativity and the quality of the knowledge they share. Users can easily pick their desired blocks from a rich template library and create. On top of that, Pro users—usually the Instructional Designers in an organization—can dive deep into customizing the aesthetics and formatting of the course, ensuring a captivating learning experience.

I've never worked this way before, and seeing the proud faces of my stakeholders, who are actively involved in creating their courses, is simply priceless.

Other essential features include instant AI translation of courses, which can be proofread by our localization team directly in the editor to correct any mistakes. Branding customization instantly updates courses to the latest brand guidelines. The task space, structured as a Kanban board, facilitates easy project management. Additionally, the pricing model is convenient, based on monthly usage.

The product is evolving quickly and changes often, which might lead to a few bugs here and there. But given the awesome improvements and great features they roll out each time, it's a small hiccup that's totally manageable. Plus, the team is super fast and responsive whenever users report something isn't working as expected.
