Ease of use for end users. It also offers a high degree of administrator customization while staying simple for end users to process daily tasks. Customer service is fast and great to work with. Integration with current financial and sales processing systems exists allowing the software to focus on doing what it does best. Requests for updated or custom functionality are built into the standard working process and become thoroughly vetted parts of the software. Thus, reducing internal maintenance efforts.
