Nothing major to add here. I’ve worked with PAN across the aerospace & defense, healthcare tech, and cybersecurity markets. From time to time, I’ve had to share feedback about inconsistencies in communication between the team leads who owned each scope/program, and to remind them (e.g., the PR & media and content & social teams) to stay in lockstep. That way, when we secure coverage, everyone is aware and we’re ready with an integrated promotion plan across content/social, etc. Overall, though, I think needing a reset every so often is normal.
