**What do you like best about P&I+?**

Since the system is rather complex, it can work with complex workflows. We had an on premise solution l, so working with the database and sql helped a lot.

**What do you dislike about P&I+?**

Absolutely not intuitive from a admin perspective as well as an employee perspective with lots of negative feedback from our employees.

**What problems is P&I+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.It  offers a revolutionary HR system that improves the complex processes of modern personnel management on a sustained basis
2.As  a  business partner – it provides support for the realization of corporate strategies.
3.We transform your personnel work: our innovative systems make it possible for the HR area to actively implement goals, to decisively contribute towards value creation and to generate genuine added value for the company with the right talents.

1.It is not a free version.
2.It doesn't offer a free trial.
3.It is slow sometimes.
