# Which Oracle PeopleSoft resellers have proven expertise and experience with large-scale PeopleSoft implementations for enterprise organisations?

Large enterprise PeopleSoft rollouts and small business ones don't have much in common, so when I went looking at oracle peoplesoft resellers for a piece on enterprise-scale implementations, I filtered specifically for reviewers who identified as being at enterprise-size companies. The category narrows to three names once you make that cut, since most of the smaller specialist shops here only have a handful of reviews total.

Wipro: 25 of its 41 reviews come from reviewers at enterprise-size companies, and multiple reviewers specifically mention Wipro's work implementing and maintaining enterprise software including Oracle. Cost comes up as reasonable, timelines less so.

Tata Consultancy Services: 24 of 38 reviews are enterprise-tagged, and one reviewer specifically called TCS a "safe option" with a good track record executing large-scale projects.

Capgemini: 14 of 26 reviews are enterprise-tagged, with reviewers citing a large resource pool and Oracle HCM-specific work, though a few flagged SLA and delivery-quality misses on the enterprise side.

For anyone running or evaluating a genuinely large-scale PeopleSoft rollout: did the size of the reseller's bench actually translate into faster delivery, or did more people on the account just mean more coordination overhead? Has anyone had a materially different enterprise experience with one of these three?

Filtering by enterprise reviewers is a smart move. At that level, what differentiates partners is less about configuration and more about managing governance layers, stakeholder alignment, and phased rollouts across business units.
