**What do you like best about OurGov?**

Simple to use, and the pricing was good.

**What do you dislike about OurGov?**

There are a few features that we discovered we needed as well, so we went with another program that includes those

We were able to clearly communicate with clients and visitors what we were trying to accomplish. It helped to streamline out processes so that we were on the same page with tasks and goals

The tool is very intuitive and you can you it easily very quickly.

**What do you dislike about OurGov?**

I haven't had any real problems with the product yet.

It has been a big help in allowing me to tag and track bills.

Precise information presented in a format that is easy for users to understand and navigate.

**What do you dislike about OurGov?**

No dislikes at this point of time. Overall good product.

Embracing technology to modernize government services, making them more accessible and user-friendly in an increasingly digital world.

Accurate information in a user-friendly format.

**What do you dislike about OurGov?**

Lacks process for tracking Rules, but that is a very challenging dataset to access.

**What problems is OurGov solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordination among coworkers and clients, plus keeping on top on my own work.
