**What do you like best about mCommons?**

Mobile Commons is one of the best tools in my arsenal for mobilizing union members to meetings and taking action. Competition is fierce in mobile activism but the staff at Mobile Commons are completely devoted to all things all things in the mobile industry and will always have your back as the technology rapidly evolves. From the CSMs to the R&D - the people at Mobile Commons speak the language of activism and have always supported our progressive causes. 

I love the phone calling feature. It's flat out dope! Mobile Commons can autoroute calls to legislators and custom targets - making the union's collective voice really shine. 

As organizers we oftern hear from members how hard it is to feel engaged or not knowing what they can do to join the fight. Well -- MC helps! This tool empowers both the digial organizer and the members.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

The tool at first glance can appear challenging and the steps to send a message + segmenting might seem cumbersome but the reason for that is due to the power it can harness for very sophisticated, large scale, progressive fundraising programs. You NEED all those bells and whistles. So what I might dislike happens to be what sets it apart from the other mobile tools. The segmenting capablity and speed is top notch. I'm also not inside Mobile Commons all day like some digital staffers are. The more you play with Mobile Commons, the more it's capabilities opens up to you.

**What problems is mCommons solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile Commons is helping me solve the engagment gap my union has with it's 5,000 members. The more we use the tool, we've noticed a night/day spike in attendance and action related items.

**What do you like best about mCommons?**

Upland mobile is simple to use and allows me create and send mobile campaigns without much trouble. It has good templates, so I don’t need to spend a lot of time designing messages. I can easily target our potential audiences and track results. It also has options for scheduling and automating messages, which saves time.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

Sometime Upland mobile commons feels bit slow, mainly I faced this while loading reports. Its advanced features are useful but needs improvement. Its user interface also needs works. If it could improved bit more then it will become more user friendly.

**What problems is mCommons solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upland mobile helps me to reach out to our potential leads directly on their mobile phones. It is very useful for sending quick updates, running promotions, or sharing important information. It saves our time and resources because it automates some parts of our mobile marketing. In short, upland allows me to connect with our potential leads and inform them about ongoing offers which is important for marketing.

**What do you like best about mCommons?**

I have used upland mobile commons platform for SMS marketing, and my experience is good. It is simple to use and do not require any such technical knowledge. Its interface is easy to use and has all the essential features for successful SMS marketing. One feature I really liked is that it shows how many people received the messages, opened them, or replied. This is very helpful to understand if our campaign is working or not.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

While my experience with this tool is good, but sometime I faced issue during accessing its reporting feature. I think it needs some work and could be improved. Sometimes, it doesn’t give all the details needed, or takes little extra effort to figure out the data. Also, the interface needs little work so that it become more interactive and easy to understand.

**What problems is mCommons solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upland is very much useful for me. It helps me in creating and sending messages to a big group of people at once, which saves a lot of time compared to sending messages one by one. It has the feature to schedule message which is also very helpful. Overall, this is a good tool for mobile or more specifically SMS marketing.

Uplands has important features for sales and marketing personnel like me. This tool has features for mobile or sms marketing. It is easy to use. I can simply integrate it with our existing system for better marketing performance. Overall, this is an good tool for achieving our sales goals.

Uplands has all the necessary features for achieving our sales goals. In my experience it has all the fetaures but it needs some more efforts. If its user interface could be imporved it will become more comprehensive.

I am a recent user of uplands. I use this tool to run marketing compaigns for achieving our and our clients marketing goal. UMC is good tool for sending bulk SMS to large audience. It has clean UI and all the features are visible. It is easy to implement and integrate with our inhouse system. It helps us in reaching out to our postential lead, so that sales could increase. Overall, this is useful tool for me and my team.

I am using UMC for SMS marketing and I haven't find any issue till now while using this tool. However, I don't how about their customer service because I haven't used their custor service. But, overall it is a good tool.

I use UMC for mobile or sms marketing. In our objective, this tool is very useful tool. It has the features that helps us to send bulk sms to bulk peoples. It allows us to reach out to potential leads and inform them about our ongoing campaign and offers. We mainly use it to sell our courses and use this tool to reach out to students. The biggest benefit to using Upland Mobile Commons is it's ease of use. We are able to send personalized text messages at scale.

**What do you like best about mCommons?**

After using Upland mobile commons for about 1 year, I can say this is very useful tool for marketing professionals. Its user interface is easy, so it is very easy to use. It gives options to send messages to large number of audiences at a time through direct mobile sms. It support bulk sms, provide different templates, and intergate easily with other systems. No any coding experience is needed, so anyone can use this marketing tool.

After using this tool for a period of time, I can say it is very useful and I don't have as such experience of this tool to dislike. I have liked everything in this tool. Its features are very useful and somehow customizable. Their customer support service is also very good, so don't  woory about it.

It solves our outreach business problem for better customer acquisition. It let me send direct mobile message to large number of audience to advertise our product or services. I have also implemented this tool for our business client and they are happy with this tool. It let us customize the template to suit the compaigns as per the requirement. Its dashboard are very intutive so it shows every insights at one place very clearly. I can track how many person opened and read the messages.

**What do you like best about mCommons?**

Upland mobile is very much simple to use platform for connecting with peoples directly through their phone via sms. It helps send sms to many people in one go, and this is very useful for running campaigns.

User dashboard is very clean and scheduling messages is very easy, so we don’t have to worry about sending them at the right time. The platform also gives reports, so I can see how many people read your messages or clicked the links.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

When I worked with large campaigns, I have observed that it works slow.

One more thing is that sometimes it is hard to customize the messages properly for every person. And its mobile app version does not have all the features that are present on the desktop version, which is bit annoying.

**What problems is mCommons solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This easy to use sms sending platform help me to send important updates and reminders to a big audience very fast. This has made our communication much easier, especially when we need to share something urgent. Before, we had to use email or other ways, but many people don’t check those regularly.

Direct sms is quick, and almost everyone reads it. This has saved a lot of time and made our marketing campaigns more successful because people respond faster. It is great for keeping in touch with users or customers without much hassle.

For directly targeting potential customer upland mobile coomons is excellent tool. Its feature allows to run SMS and Email marketing compaign easily and effectively. It let us connect to our markting system easily and target audiences in large number. It is very much smooth and easy to use platform and has advanced features which automates marketing stuffs.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

I have used this tool to target new potential customers and inform our existing customer about new compaigns. Although, I am happy with this platform but in my opinion its advanced features could be modified. Overall, it is one of the best mareting tool for marketing and fundraising.

**What problems is mCommons solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For running targetted marketing compaigns this platform is very useful. Its feature related to mobile (more specifically SMS) and email compaign is too good. It has all the features to target bulk number of audience to increase sales. I usually used this tool to run new marketing compaigns and inform existing customers about our new offerings. For directly sending them sms and email and informing about offers is very good tool and it is also not too costly.

Seriously Upland provide us with best tool available in market for sms marketing campaigns. I like its customized messaging option which provides familiarity and more open rate than normal sms services. It is totally easy to use and their technical support team is excellent to work with.

I dont have dislikes about it but i think if it has option to add images and other formats then it would be better for audience.

Upland mobile commons is generally very helpful in our lead marketing campaigns. Helps to get feedback of which text is working and getting lead warm up before the final call is great thing about it.

A powerful text messaging platform with some really clever tricks up its sleeve for informing your audience, but also helping to better understand your audience. I love the sophisicated features like being able to map data points to recipients through simple questions. Personalizing text messages and having various list segments is relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

There are far more simplistic texting/SMS tools on the market. Mobile Commons has a bit of a learning curve, but if you're committed to understanding how its features work together cohesively, you can come up with some fun strategies to put this tool to use beyond simply sending scheduled messages.

We can reach hundreds of customers across the state easily, with localized messaging that's pertinent to where the recipient lives.

Mobile Commons is very user-friendly and pretty easy to use. A lot of the features are self-explanatory and if I do have questions their support team is quick and efficient.

I would say that having to create hyper links outside of the SMS/MMS message first can be inconvenient, the same with image attachments. I wish we could do hyperlinks and images in the mock message section.

I like how easy it is to use monbile commons in terms of list uploads, liquid, and scheduling.

I think that MC could sync better with CRMs. I'd like to have a easier and quicker way to welcome new people on the list via SMS. Because I have to sync using an activist code this can take up to 24 hours when welcoming a new member.

My team relies on Mobile Commons to help our supporers' voices be heard where they're needed most. We love the mConnect feature and targeting tools to automatically route calls to elected officials.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

We sometimes struggle to pull the reports we need. I'd love to see reporting continue to be upgraded. Also an "or" filter logic in groups would be nice.

MC helps us most with rapid response, with reaching supporters where they are, and with helping make their voices heard via call-in tools.

The accuracy is top tier, and it's easy-to-use. Very user-friendly .

The stress of my content is not authentic or pargarized, but with Upland Mobile Commons, I don't have to worry about that. The checking is well done.

Easy user interface and easy way to test texts flows

The customer service can be great but can also be unreliable. It's also not a cheap service.

We wanted another way to be in touch with supporters and this provided that. We can reach people by a way that has a huge delivery and open rate.

It's a quick and efficient way of sending mass SMS texts.

Doesn't allow for conversations between receiver and texter.

It makes it easy to share information or events to large numbers with ease.

**What do you like best about mCommons?**

Features are very powerful, such as relative scheduling of texts, allowing participants to choose when to receive texts, A/B testing, quiz, etc.  Those features have allowed our organization to offer programs that we couldn't offer before with a different text campaign tool.  They have a great development team.  They take in feedback and improvement is always on-going.  

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

Wish there was an app for smart phone.  Also, since they are constantly working on major improvement and new features, I wish they would give some small bugs priority as well.  For example, not being able to go to a specific page of content (user profiles or message). It is annoying when you have pages to go through to get to your target page. Voiced this to support multiple times, but I guess it is just not a top priority. Also, wish there will be features to allow moving opt-in paths and text schedules among different campaigns.  Agent view is another feature that works very nicely, except I wish there's a way to assign notification email to different users based on what campaign they are in charge of.

**Recommendations to others considering mCommons:**

Please don't switch account support person so frequently.

**What problems is mCommons solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used MobileCommons to send out educational texts for our perinatal programs based on participants' expected due date, so the relative scheduling feature comes in handy.  We have also used it for auction event registration, lucky draw and scavenger hunt game, etc.  Very powerful tool.

It makes it really easy to engage with advocates and to get them to take meaningful actions.

**What do you dislike about mCommons?**

Nothing.  It's the best mobile advocacy tool out there!

Highly recommend.

It was difficult to get advocates to take meaningful actions through email alone.  Text messaging has a much higher open rate and action rate.
