"Engaging Networks is a great all-in-one platform for nonprofits looking to be more nimble"
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

Engaging Networks is easy to use and they're always adding new features responsive to user feedback. Their customer support team always goes above and beyond to solve my issues when they come up and are willing to engage even when the problem is my lack of knowledge. With EN, you can seamlessly A/B test pages and email campaigns, run complex marketing automations, and most importantly get something out to your audience quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

The main downside of Engaging Networks is the reporting functionality. The visual reporting is very limited and the data report downloads are confusing. They are aware of the shortcomings of the reporting features and I believe are planning to roll out improvements in the coming months, which is great news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product with incredibly support team"
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

Their support & client onboarding staff are very helpful and really a pleasure to collaborate with – I've worked most closely with Cat and Angelo and consistently have gotten timely and informative responses from both them and the full team. I also really enjoy using their new marketing tools for sending emails, which have one of the best WISYWIG editors I've worked with. While I wish there were more out of the box customization and functionality options for pages, I do also appreciate the building blocks that do exist and the ease in which custom code can be added to customize them further. What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

While I know they are working on improving it, Engaging Networks's reporting functionality is lacking in comparison to most other systems, and almost all comprehensive reporting needs have to be addressed by looking at the data in other systems. In addition, while I do enjoy both the new marketing tools and the page builder, I believe both could use some additional out-of-the-box blocks and customization options so that users can rely less on custom code in order to achieve the design and functionality that they desire – especially the event pages, which are particularly lacking. "Always innovating, sometimes too fast"
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

I like the pagebuilder a lot. I think it makes it really easy to build pages exactly how you want them, adding fields, drag and drop. They are always trying to improve their product. They came out with a new email module, SMS broadcast, and hopefully soon a new peer to peer module. Their support staff is very quick to respond and they do try to address concerns and bugs. Overall, I think Engaging Networks is a pretty good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

I dislike that they build things out and only think things through 70-90%. They'll come out with new features that end up being unusable because they didn't think of something important, or didn't put in the effort to address it at least. There are a lot of examples of these types of things. Their supporter HUB is not great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Customer Support"
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

As a campaigning charity we have been using Engaging Networks for an number of years for surveys, marketing comms, engagement emails and campaign asks. Because it provides so many functions we often face challenges which is when the Customer Support is so helpful. John has helped us resolve issues with patience, speed and efficiency often explaining the steps to fixing it so we develop our own resilience and competency as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

One of the challenges is to keep staff trained on all the areas of Engaging Networks especially those that sdon't use it frequently. We lose a lot of knowledge with changes in staff and it takes time to bring people up to a high level of competency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product but can be tricky to use if you are not tech savvy."
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

The capabilies of event pages in a bespoke way are really good. You can edit the functions to suit, which is think is really good. It does have a huge amount of features which i am stilll getting to know. The Team at Engaging Networks ( John in particular) is so so helpful and really makes you feel at ease, i'm not very tech savvy and John has been so patient and spent time understanding what is needed. It is rare that customer service is so good these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

I found using EN very tricky to begin with, it seems overly complicated and not very intuative which creates alot of work and barriers. I do think that was down to my training and learning as i go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great tool for engagement"
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

I use Engaging Networks to communicate with supporters, so that they can participate in online campaign actions. It is a really effective tool, which is very user friendly and easy for supporters to engage with. Templates make it easy for me/other staff to work with behind the scenes too, but everything is also highly customisable which makes varied and creative pages and emails possible. I attended the Engaging Networks Community Conference this month - and am feeling really inspired by the great ideas that the Engaging Networks team and teams from across the charity sector had. The organisation's passion for helping non-profits to elevate the work that they are doing really shines through! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

Like most platforms, it took some time to learn how to use Engaging Networks, and took me a while to feel confident with building pages and emails on it. However the support offered by Engaging Networks is really great - there are helpful guides and the support team have always been super helpful and responsive when I have gotten in touch. "They have it all in one"
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

They have the best helpline. Whenever I reach out to their helpline, I consistently receive exceptional support. The representatives are always prepared to guide me through the process, patiently helping me understand it step by step. Even when faced with time-sensitive tasks, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure prompt completion. The system itself is also great and they're always upgrading and improving it. We have engaged effectively with out supporter base thanks to EN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

It would be super helpful if for the survey feature, we could give users the option to upload videos and images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
