## Engaging Networks Reviews
  ### 1. Engaging Networks is a great all-in-one platform for nonprofits looking to be more nimble

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Engaging Networks is easy to use and they're always adding new features responsive to user feedback. Their customer support team always goes above and beyond to solve my issues when they come up and are willing to engage even when the problem is my lack of knowledge. With EN, you can seamlessly A/B test pages and email campaigns, run complex marketing automations, and most importantly get something out to your audience quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

The main downside of Engaging Networks is the reporting functionality. The visual reporting is very limited and the data report downloads are confusing. They are aware of the shortcomings of the reporting features and I believe are planning to roll out improvements in the coming months, which is great news.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging Networks helps us run set-it-and-forget-it marketing automations that help us decrease list churn and prime new signups to convert. It allows us to take the guesswork out of our page and email building by giving us access to easy A/B testing tools so we can be strategic in our designs and approach.

  ### 2. Great product with incredibly support team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilana S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Their support & client onboarding staff are very helpful and really a pleasure to collaborate with – I've worked most closely with Cat and Angelo and consistently have gotten timely and informative responses from both them and the full team. I also really enjoy using their new marketing tools for sending emails, which have one of the best WISYWIG editors I've worked with. While I wish there were more out of the box customization and functionality options for pages, I do also appreciate the building blocks that do exist and the ease in which custom code can be added to customize them further.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

While I know they are working on improving it, Engaging Networks's reporting functionality is lacking in comparison to most other systems, and almost all comprehensive reporting needs have to be addressed by looking at the data in other systems. In addition, while I do enjoy both the new marketing tools and the page builder, I believe both could use some additional out-of-the-box blocks and customization options so that users can rely less on custom code in order to achieve the design and functionality that they desire – especially the event pages, which are particularly lacking.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating emails (both automations and general broadcasts) to send to supporters, creating donation and event pages to increase revenue, assisting in new supporter acquisition.

  ### 3. Always innovating, sometimes too fast

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I like the pagebuilder a lot. I think it makes it really easy to build pages exactly how you want them, adding fields, drag and drop. They are always trying to improve their product. They came out with a new email module, SMS broadcast, and hopefully soon a new peer to peer module. Their support staff is very quick to respond and they do try to address concerns and bugs. Overall, I think Engaging Networks is a pretty good tool.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I dislike that they build things out and only think things through 70-90%. They'll come out with new features that end up being unusable because they didn't think of something important, or didn't put in the effort to address it at least. There are a lot of examples of these types of things. Their supporter HUB is not great.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online fundraising, sending emails, constituent management, advocacy - benefits us to be able to do these things online.

**Official Response from Joanne Warner:**

  ### 4. Excellent Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aisha H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

As a campaigning charity we have been using Engaging Networks for an number of years for surveys, marketing comms, engagement emails and campaign asks. Because it provides so many functions we often face challenges which is when the Customer Support is so helpful. John has helped us resolve issues with patience, speed and efficiency often explaining the steps to fixing it so we develop our own resilience and competency as a team.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

One of the challenges is to keep staff trained on all the areas of Engaging Networks especially those that sdon't use it frequently. We lose a lot of knowledge with changes in staff and it takes time to bring people up to a high level of competency.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging Networks enables us to send professional and engaging communications to multiple audiences.

  ### 5. Great product but can be tricky to use if you are not tech savvy.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

The capabilies of event pages in a bespoke way are really good. You can edit the functions to suit, which is think is really good. It does have a huge amount of features which i am stilll getting to know. The Team at Engaging Networks ( John in particular) is so so helpful and really makes you feel at ease, i'm not very tech savvy and John has been so patient and spent time understanding what is needed. It is rare that customer service is so good these days.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I found using EN very tricky to begin with, it seems overly complicated and not very intuative which creates alot of work and barriers. I do think that was down to my training and learning as i go.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many features that finding solutions for problems can be achieved.

  ### 6. A great tool for engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I use Engaging Networks to communicate with supporters, so that they can participate in online campaign actions. It is a really effective tool, which is very user friendly and easy for supporters to engage with. Templates make it easy for me/other staff to work with behind the scenes too, but everything is also highly customisable which makes varied and creative pages and emails possible. I attended the Engaging Networks Community Conference this month - and am feeling really inspired by the great ideas that the Engaging Networks team and teams from across the charity sector had. The organisation's passion for helping non-profits to elevate the work that they are doing really shines through!

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Like most platforms, it took some time to learn how to use Engaging Networks, and took me a while to feel confident with building pages and emails on it. However the support offered by Engaging Networks is really great - there are helpful guides and the support team have always been super helpful and responsive when I have gotten in touch.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging Networks provides a platform that allows us to elevate our engagement and impact while campaigning. It allows me to target specific audiences, to create effective journeys, and to test different emails. Together, those features mean that we can mobilise more people, in more meaningful and effective ways.

  ### 7. Creative and Digital Engagement Director

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kelly j. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

It offers a lot of choices for how to leverage their product.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Very often they don't invest in fixing current features, updating, or imporving current features.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to raise money and bring attention to our cause.

  ### 8. Engaging Networks is an all-in-one solution for orgs of all sizes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon F. | Owner & Chief Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

The marketing automation tools are powerful and intuitive. We've replaced many manual email engagement tasks with automated emails for our Engaging Networks clients.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Engaging Networks releases substantial enhancements to the platform many times each year. Clients sometimes struggle to keep up with so much new functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Engaging Networks:**

If you're considering Engaging Networks, consider attending one of their community conferences to meet other clients and see how they're using the platform.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging Networks offers tools like automations, next suggested gift, A/B testing of pages - all of these features make engaging supporters and increasing average gifts much easier.

  ### 9. An outstanding all-in-one online platform for nonprofits to engage with donors & activists

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Fantastic tools to empower nonprofit. They excel at helping their customers succeed on the platform, both through the onboarding process and also via client support.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I don't always love the user interface, but they've made big strides with recent updates, plus their product development moves very fast, so at least I know when to expect updates.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their fundraising and communications tools have helped my nonprofit clients to deploy a strong digital presence and raise money online. In fundraising, their automations, next suggested gift, and A/B testing are top notch.

  ### 10. They have it all in one

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayse T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

They have the best helpline. Whenever I reach out to their helpline, I consistently receive exceptional support. The representatives are always prepared to guide me through the process, patiently helping me understand it step by step. Even when faced with time-sensitive tasks, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure prompt completion. The system itself is also great and they're always upgrading and improving it. We have engaged effectively with out supporter base thanks to EN.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

It would be super helpful if for the survey feature, we could give users the option to upload videos and images.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating new campaign pages with features to reach out to MPs. And reaching out to campaign supporter base. And assisting with recruiting new campaign supporters.

  ### 11. Brilliant advocacy tool for charities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessandra S. | Social Policy and Public Affairs Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I've been using Engaing Networks for a few years now and I've found it a fantastic tool to help our charity's advocacy and campaigning work.

It's very useful friendly, fully customisable and has helped take our campaigning work to the next level.

They also have very useful training modules and support to help those with no experience of using it before.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I've found the platform really easy to use, but on a few occasions I had some issues with coding and changing fonts for my marketing materials.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobilising our audiences, particularly older audiences. It helped us engage hundreds of our members in taking email your MP actions. We are also now able to track how engaging our advocacy messages are.

  ### 12. Their customer service is excellent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

The best thing about EN is hands down their customer service. Whenever I can't fix something and I need help quickly, they are always available and really friendly. Their advice and support really helps you to learn how to use the tool to the best of its ability. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Nothing comes to mind, but possibly a troubleshooting area in the academy to assist when customer service is closed with real examples from orgs they've worked with. They may already have this but I would find this really helpful.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to create actions for our campaigners and so easy to use it means we can act quickly when we need to.

  ### 13. A powerful advocacy and communication tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Policy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Engaging Networks staff are passionate and approachable. I joined my current role with no previous experience of using Engaging Networks and staff were really supportive in teaching me not only the basics but also the complexities of all functions. I love that Engagig Networks is always improving and levelling up!

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I struggle with the interface as it isn't always intutive but once you undersrand how things work, it's easy to navigate.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EN to host e-actions and send newsletters to our Campaigners

  ### 14. Once you get your head around it, it's a fab tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talulah K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Nice to have emails and campaign actions within the same tool. Allows you use data in fun and interesting ways to target campaigns. Lots of tips and tricks to enhance it's use. Responsive and helpful support team, plus plenty of great online resources on how to use!

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Sometimes the user interface can be a little confusing and the paths to do things are not always the most intuitive. There are sometimes limitations in place that I don't understand (such as only being about to add a certain number of councils to alternative messages and having a limit to 10 alternative messages within ETT actions).

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to reach out and engage with supporters on our campaigns, providing them with interesting campaigning actions.

  ### 15. 90% of what I need!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

EN feels very up to date on the user experience end and crafting emails is generally a breeze! I enjoy how seamless the user experience is and that it's visually appealing too. Also, those I've worked with from EN are very helpful and receptive to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

There are definitely some bumps that we've yet to overcome such as P2P not being available and lack of personalization methods such as not being able to replace lack of first name with a blank.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EN ecard bug that says "response already submitted" when clicking on confirmation link for the first time. This is making the ecard experience more seamless and more useful for users.

  ### 16. Great product for technical users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Full of features, when you learn the system there's a lot you can do. Having donations, email, texting, advocacy in one platform is really powerful

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Technically complicated - I only recommend it to users who have technically adept staff.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our old platforms had subpar integrations with CRM and weren't customizable enough - a well implemented EN makes a lot of these things smoother

  ### 17. We're Just Getting Started!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I like that it comes with EN Academy to help me understand what I'm doing. The tool will help give us more insights than before about our audiences.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I wish that when you hovered over an icon, it would say what that item is.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using outdated tools before, but EN is set to really migrate with our CRM.

  ### 18. Fantastic platform & great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Allows us to simply build actions for our supporters to engage with camapaigns. The platform has great flexability allowing us to build campaigns with multiple linked actions. Couldn't do without it!

Also worth adding that customer support is extremely responsive & helpful if their assistance is needed.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Like with many platforms, their is a learning curve for those new to the platform. However, this is mostly negated by the fantastic engaging networks academy which can be used to train new team members on.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To allow supporters to take campaign actions that support our public affairs and advocacy work.

  ### 19. Excellent tool for charities!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumar S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

The support provided to users is top-notch and incredibly quick whenever I or someone else at my charity have experienced issues. There's also a wealth of knowledge available for self-teaching.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Despite the excellent training resources, some of it is not as user-friendly to novices (like me) as it could be. It would be useful to have simple video tutorials available on the website.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EN helps me analyse email campaign effectiveness and engagement with potential fundraisers. I'm able to generate a list of leads using email campaigns that I can then convert into fundraisers down the line.

  ### 20. Wonderful Service with an A Star Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hussein A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Their Services are very user-friendly, and the Support team are primarily available and very friendly. Any problem, they are there to help.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

We have used their services for many years now, and I could not think of anything!

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us to get a better understanding of our audiences and to be a Voice of Voiceless people.

  ### 21. The only way to do Digital Campaigning!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I couldn't imagine using any other platform for Digital Campaigning. Everything is in one place - petitions, emails, profiles, tracking. It's so important to not only host petitions but also monitor and analyse engagement. I use this tool daily.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

There's so much to learn, but the Engaging Networks is always so helpful and has a strong community always on hand to guide you.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the platform for multiple purposes, but the most valuable benefit is that I can identify who used our campaigns and then engage with that specific group.

  ### 22. It just keeps getting better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe H. | Senior Consultant, Digital, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

As a long-time user of Engaging Networks, first as a client and now as a partner, I've had a unique angle to watch as they grow as a company.

One of the ways Engaging Networks is unique among other platforms is their ability to listen, not to their investors or shareholders, but to their clients and end users. As a client and partner speaking to Engaging Networks employees, you can tell they are listening and hearing you. It's not lip service; they aren't just trying to close a ticket or get you off the phone. They want to hear from you, work with you, and get to know you and your organization.

I know this isn't the type of review you usually read where it goes on about the Engaging Networks features. When you buy into a platform that will be the lifeblood of your organization, it isn't just about checking a box on an RFP but knowing that the people behind the product will be as invested in your success as you are.

That's the feature that's hard to match against other platforms on the market.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

The market for donation and email platforms like Engaging Networks is at a crossroads. Like other technology, the landscape is moving faster than most companies ship, and Engaging Networks is in that bucket with all the others.

Many platforms apparently want to have every conceivable feature, even if it doesn't work the best. Engaging Networks isn't at that point but needs to decide soon about how many modules they can support versus integrating with others who might do something well.

Engaging Networks has gotten to the place they hold in the market today by meeting demand and creating better versions of other platforms that haven't been updated in years. They've done this for years by listening to their clients and prospective clients, understanding what is needed, and making it easier to use than their competitors. At this point, they don't need to meet and exceed the feature set for every other platform but keep working to improve and optimize the core modules clients are using now.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For smaller non-profits that migrate to Engaging Networks, the most beneficial solution will be to keep your data about your online donors and email subscribers in one place. Rather than keep that info in different systems, it makes so much sense to keep it together, with all the data on the donor's actions visible in one place.

  ### 23. EN brought us to a better place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

EN is so much easier to use than our previous online platform. More intuitive and more options.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Looking forward to the peer to peer updates!

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to create more engaging online donation and survey forms.

  ### 24. Overall great platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hector M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

The different types of form capabilities engagement, donation, and event

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

The profiles for donor groups could be built better

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging with our donors and being able to send different communications plus donor management

  ### 25. A Very Versatile & Comprehensive Platform!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dara L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

What I like best about Engaging Networks is how you can do everything from donation page building; to email building and deployment; to data uploads and reporting; and much more! There are many useful tools and features at your disposal.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

What I dislike about Engaging Networks is how you can be limited in what you can do, specifically, in the email builder. It would be great if we could incorporate videos and/or GIFs in emails!

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging Networks is a practical, accessible platform that gives us the ability to raise funds easily without having to create donation/fundraising pages entirely on our own.

  ### 26. My review of engaging networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan C. | Social Action and Communities Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I really like the way you can localise your engagement with your stakeholders and supporters. The support team are really helpful and responsive if you have any issues. Would highly reccommend to anyone thinking about using engaging networks services

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

It can be a bit clunky and takes time to learn. It soemtimees can seem counterintuitive when using it so it does take time to learn how to use it all the ways you can

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To gather information about our supports that we could not otherwise. It also gives us a way to effectively integrate fundraising and our campaigning work. Without engaging networks this would be really difficult.

  ### 27. Beginning to explore!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellis M. | Campaigns Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Engaging networks is easy to use but with complex offerings. My favourite part is the support that we receive, all questions are responded to in a timely manner. The ENCC23 conference gave me a view to build a business case to my team on how we can use the site more, given our current limited understanding and use of the functions. Just the beginning, I'm sure our campaigning will benefit!

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I've not been using it long enough to have a dislike so far.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access for supporters to political leaders and healthcare stakeholders. It stops me from searching for email lists and data.

  ### 28. Moving to Engaging Networks!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Oh so many positives! From reporting and analytics to drip email functionality (journeys) and more! There are so many tools built in to increase engagement!

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

From my perspective it seems like they are continuing to build our SMS and peer-to-peer tools and I'm looking forward to see where they go.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better donor experience! And a better experience for staff!

  ### 29. Engaging Networks, awesome partner, great thought leader with a few opportunities to be great.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I like that it is a modern tool with a good support base to help execute campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Sometimes it feels like we are left to are own devices a little more and I wish I could get/buy some hand holding. Also, would like user community.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would like to be able to send smarter emails meeting our constituents where they are.

  ### 30. Engaging Networks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Engaging networks provides a wide range of tools that enables me to build actions for my organisation. It has a very user-friendly interface that makes building these actions less intimidating to a non-techy person like myself.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Although there is a comprehensive website detailing how to use the tools I have found that very occasionally this relates to older versions of engaging networks - it would be good if this was 100% up to date.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to create targetted e-actions, including those with pro-forma letters to target. This would be an enormous undertaking to create in-house without engaging networks.

  ### 31. Mostly positive, some teething issues of clunky data/inflexible templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

Really good support. Action types are simple and easy to use and data exports provide a lot of really useful information.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

Exporting large amounts of data, eg. for petition signature handins could be better, the user export still takes a lot of time to go through and collate names, it would be good if there was a way to do this in a more simple way.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way of getting supporters involved with campaigning actions. Tracking how effective actions are in terms of conversion rate is very useful as well as understanding where people come from to take actions.

  ### 32. Does a good job in providing Digital Advocacy, fundraising & CRM tools under a single umbrella

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkata Ramcharan K. | Senior Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

We can do most of our Digital Advocacy (Email & texting), Digital Fundraising, Marketing automation & CRM sync to Salesforce all under a single umbrella instead of managing separate applications for each of them.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

A bit on the expensive side compared to other CRMs out there. Sometimes feels like it doesn't have the level of customizability compared to other CRMs & Platforms.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the problem of the advocacy platform we needed for a long time. The fundraising part is icing on the cake

  ### 33. Engaging Networks has proven to check all our needs thus far for my organization.

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

The simplicity of development. It is quite easy to develop new content and manipulate existing templates in Engaging Networks.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

The software updates have been quite a pain lately...disrupting daily functions. I also wish there was an in-platform a/b testing tool outside of email marketing automation.

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to launch campaigns in a timely and efficient matter.

  ### 34. The event was engaging, inspringing and enjoyable.

  ### 50. Lots of possibilities!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Engaging Networks?**

I love how easy it is to create and manage events - from invite to registration. Importing and exporting data is a breeze, and if you get stuck they have plenty of "how to" videos to walk you through. If you have the html experience to build and create templates for email, your possibilities for unique email campaigns are endless. If not, the standard templates are easy enough to pull off some great stuff. You can build all sorts of reports with "a universe of possibilities" as they call them. They always provide innovating ideas and create new tools to help keep your campaigns looking fresh.

**What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?**

I find when exporting reports there are a ton of useless fields that populate - without any title. So it's sometimes hard to distinguish what type of data you are looking at. "Mobile friendly" is sometimes not as friendly as I'd like. When emailing out mass emails, they appear different across varying platforms (gmail, yahoo and outlook). I wish we could embed the final email to appear the same - perhaps that is an issue with the varying platforms and not EN.

**Recommendations to others considering Engaging Networks:**

Work with someone who will help you export your data... no matter what platform you use, the import template is important to get right!

**What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our donor database, communicating with our salients via email campaigns, processing payments , event planning.
