What do you like best about Muster?

Muster has been a wonderful addition to our statewide grassroots advocacy efforts. We were able to easily implement the software within days of signing our contract. With a small staff, the ability to integrate quickly is not only a want, but a need. It has allowed for us to mobilize incredibly quickly when there is a need for advocates to reach out to their legislators. We have been impressed at the ease of the tool on both the backend side, as well for the front end user when we embed the form on our website. In addition, the Muster staff has been incredibly attentive and is quick to answer questions when they arise - at this time I can honestly say their customer service is some of the best I have experienced. "A Perfect Match: How Muster Transformed Our Grassroots Advocacy Efforts"
What do you like best about Muster?

After using a number of other grassroots platforms and being dissatisfied with their high costs or poor service, Cigar Rights of America started working with Muster in hopes of getting a serviceable product at a reasonable price, and they have truly exceeded our expectations!

During the onboarding process, their entire team was made available to us to talk through the front and back-end of the product in great detail to make sure we were comfortable with it before coming on board. They were gracious and patient in the two months between identifying them as our choice and the termination of our prior contract, and getting set up was functionally instantaneous.

Since switching, we have been more than happy with the choice and genuinely sad to not have more grassroots messaging to do on their fabulous platform. Muster is extremely easy to use and generates a great published product, rendering a 75% increase in the number of people who send a message after landing on the messaging page. That, combined with their extremely reasonable pricing leads us to recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous grassroots provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Muster?

Muster is easily embedded in an existing website and plays nice within the Wordpress landscape. Setup for advocacy channels is quick and painless. Customer support is easily reached. Additionally, we put in a feature request and saw that new functionality implemented within 30 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muster?

Their platform limits a user to sending only 15 emails at a time for advocacy. This sometimes presents a challenge considering that some committees in the Tennessee House have over 20 members. Therefore, we are unable to allow users to send emails to the entire committee in that scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We absolutely understand wanting to target an entire committee, and we believe our message mapping feature is a great way to accomplish this. What do you like best about Muster?

Muster piece-meals the features it has to offer, widening its market and offering room for growth. It is easy to set up a form and we like that we can use it for state and local governments too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muster?

There is no component for self-dtermined targets such as university/company administration. We were told that advocacy is not effective with them but our organization has a long history of successfully applying pressure in this way.

Also we dislike the logic between calling and emailing. If calling is enabled, It should prompt everyone if they want to call. If yes or no, the next thing is to send an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Muster?

Muster is a great overall value. It provides us with everything we need in strategic grassroots advocacy software. Muster takes it to the next level by better informing our Congressional engagements, providing us analysis on which districts receive our correspondence. What do you dislike about Muster?

The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to sort advocates/letters sent by specific date ranges, i.e. if I had a campaign that was 3 months long, it would be helpful to analyze and measure specific marketing pushes within that time period. It would also be nice to aggregate all of the custom messages into a form or report so we can easily pull testimonials that our writers send to their members.
