**What do you like best about OSOM CRM?**

Osom CRM doesn't require long periods of preparing to get familiar with everything, permitting me to zero in on dealing with my client connections as opposed to battling with the product. The inherent detailing and examination give significant bits of knowledge into my business pipeline and client connections.

**What do you dislike about OSOM CRM?**

I find disappointing is the restricted customization choices. While the product offers fundamental functionalities, it comes up short on adaptability to completely fit it to my particular business needs. This can be restricting with regards to setting up custom fields or work processes.

**What problems is OSOM CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Osom CRM has been an incredible answer for concentrating my client information and smoothing out my deals interaction. It permits me to effectively follow associations, oversee leads, and finish everything with all the more proficiently. The reasonable evaluating makes it a solid match for little and medium-sized organizations like mine.
