Osom CRM doesn't require long periods of preparing to get familiar with everything, permitting me to zero in on dealing with my client connections as opposed to battling with the product. I find disappointing is the restricted customization choices. While the product offers fundamental functionalities, it comes up short on adaptability to completely fit it to my particular business needs.
