
Ortto makes it really easy to create and manage customer journeys. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, and we were able to launch our first automated campaigns quickly. I also like that it pulls in data from different sources, so we can segment audiences without constantly leaning on engineering. As our needs have grown, we’ve noticed limitations in reporting and advanced segmentation. Custom dashboards are not as flexible as we’d like, and sometimes we need more detailed attribution than Ortto currently provides. The pricing also scales up quickly as your contact list grows.
