**What do you like best about Origami CRM?**

What I like best about Origami CRM is its intuitive interface and the ability to customize features according to our organizational needs.
It makes daily operations—like managing members, tracking events, and processing payments—much more efficient. The system is also very accessible for users who aren’t tech-savvy, which helps with internal adoption.

**What do you dislike about Origami CRM?**

One thing I dislike about Origami CRM is that some advanced features feel a bit limited or require manual workarounds.
For example, complex automations or multi-layered reports sometimes need external support or aren’t available out of the box. Additionally, certain integrations with third-party tools are still underdeveloped, which can affect efficiency in more complex workflows.

**What problems is Origami CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Origami CRM helps us centralize and manage all member data, event registrations, and payments in one system.
Previously, we relied on multiple tools and manual tracking, which caused inefficiencies and errors. With Origami, we benefit from streamlined workflows, better visibility into member activity, and easier communication with our community. It saves us time, reduces mistakes, and helps us provide a more organized and professional experience.
