
What I like best about Origami CRM is its intuitive interface and the ability to customize features according to our organizational needs.

One thing I dislike about Origami CRM is that some advanced features feel a bit limited or require manual workarounds.
For example, complex automations or multi-layered reports sometimes need external support or aren’t available out of the box.
