What do you like best about Origami CRM?

What I like best about Origami CRM is its intuitive interface and the ability to customize features according to our organizational needs.

It makes daily operations—like managing members, tracking events, and processing payments—much more efficient. The system is also very accessible for users who aren’t tech-savvy, which helps with internal adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami CRM?

One thing I dislike about Origami CRM is that some advanced features feel a bit limited or require manual workarounds.

For example, complex automations or multi-layered reports sometimes need external support or aren’t available out of the box.
