Information related to customer contracts and invoices is accurate 
Reseller information 
contract status and the validity of the contract are always found with multiple search options.

It some times takes time to open other than that nothing else

Accurate information about customer contract and other information to pool customer data in other tools we use in our organization

**What do you like best about Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform?**

I really like the easy design in the platforme structre, it is really friendly and when you use it in a controlled environment, like admissions it is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform?**

I dislike that sometimes exporting data can be complicated and some add-on features are a bit slow. I'd recommend too that pricing or at least group pricing could be evaluated

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform:**

Look up to have someone learn the platform first and then use collaborate

**What problems is Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My current problem is data storage of university admission candidates and Oracle is solving it by allowing the whole team to develop good data keepu up strategies. It has helped our performance better than using Google sheets to capture data.
