We use Oracle ERP Cloud for travel and expense management needs. Its simple and basic user interface makes it easier for the users to navigate and perform the required actions and get expenses reimbursed. It simplifies the expense submission and approval process. Tasks such as capturing receipts, and categorizing expenses is quite easy. Flags non-compliant expenses and quickly points out for correction. The approval notifications are flagged and allow us to approve expenses with one click.
The system also helps build your own dashboards, and add or hide components using page composer. It also comes with a few other features and functionalities to help with procurement, tools, and scheduled processes. It's also easy to set the role and delegate approval rights to someone else if going on a vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest feedback is with the poor design of the screens for the desktop version. The UI is outdated and provides limited options. There is so much space unused, underused, or poorly used. Sometimes, the system feels slow and rigid. Some sections look different than others in the look and feel department. Not sure if this is specific to the version of the procurement cloud that we are using but it does not appear modern or optimized user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
