We use Oracle ERP Cloud for travel and expense management needs. Its simple and basic user interface makes it easier for the users to navigate and perform the required actions and get expenses reimbursed. It simplifies the expense submission and approval process. Tasks such as capturing receipts, and categorizing expenses is quite easy. Flags non-compliant expenses and quickly points out for correction. The approval notifications are flagged and allow us to approve expenses with one click. The system also helps build your own dashboards, and add or hide components using page composer. It also comes with a few other features and functionalities to help with procurement, tools, and scheduled processes. It's also easy to set the role and delegate approval rights to someone else if going on a vacation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Oracle Procurement Cloud? My biggest feedback is with the poor design of the screens for the desktop version. The UI is outdated and provides limited options. There is so much space unused, underused, or poorly used. Sometimes, the system feels slow and rigid. Some sections look different than others in the look and feel department. Not sure if this is specific to the version of the procurement cloud that we are using but it does not appear modern or optimized user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Oracle Procurement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using Oracle ERP Cloud for expense management as part of the procurement solution. While it gets the job done, the outdated user interface calls out for some improvements. It definitely works, however, could do with better design and navigation. Use of the Accrual Accounting feature in Payables has been painful as we are unaware of how the module is calculating the amortization period and amount. Minimal support has been given to help the Finance team out. It is a tool that can work very well for all types of companies, it is a platform that works in an orderly and informative way and the support is always attentive to any special requirement introduced by the user, improves considerably the delivery time of reports and complete projects, optimizes the way to communicate between teams working together. So far there is nothing I dislike, but I have not gone very deep yet. However, I will say we have had multiple potential clients discontinue pursuing Procurement Cloud b/c not having the functionality needed. They instead went back to JD Edwards Procurement.
