Sometimes when I will send in a help ticket, they will ignore the part where I state what I have already done to troubleshoot the issue and instead will send me the basic how-to troubleshoot info rather than personalized help for what I need. It feels like I'm working with a bot rather than being treated like a valued customer. But that's becoming an issue with customer service with almost everywhere.
