I appreciate its cloud-based features, better integration, and improved maintenance tracking compared to our previous legacy systems. Setting it up was manageable with the right guidance and documentation, which made the implementation process smoother over time. **What do you dislike about Oracle Maintenance Cloud?** Some features can feel a bit complex at first, and certain processes may take time to learn. Additionally, the performance can occasionally feel slower when handling a large amount of data. Simplifying the interface and adding better in-app guidance would make it easier for users. It feels like I'm working with a bot rather than being treated like a valued customer.
