This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024 **What do you like best about Oracle Maintenance Cloud?** My favorite part about using Oracle Maintenance Cloud is that the trainings available are extremely user friendly for almost any type of employee and their learning style so I don't have to worry about handholding with each person to make sure we all understand the software the same way and can use it as a team. **What do you dislike about Oracle Maintenance Cloud?** Sometimes when I will send in a help ticket, they will ignore the part where I state what I have already done to troubleshoot the issue and instead will send me the basic how-to troubleshoot info rather than personalized help for what I need. It feels like I'm working with a bot rather than being treated like a valued customer. But that's becoming an issue with customer service with almost everywhere. **What problems is Oracle Maintenance Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily we have used it to help clients stay on top of maintenance and asset management for which legal services have been performed ### 3. You can create reports and facoite them so that they are easy to access the next time to need to see them,. You don't have to re-run them every time. The layout of the program is also user friendly and easy to pick up how to access different pieces of information. **What do you dislike about Oracle Maintenance Cloud?** At time is can take a little bit to load information. Obviously the more information you are trying to pull in, the longer the load times. **What problems is Oracle Maintenance Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to be more efficient in tracking our customer interactions, leading to less instances of things falling through the cracks.
