
My favorite part about using Oracle Maintenance Cloud is that the trainings available are extremely user friendly for almost any type of employee and their learning style so I don't have to worry about handholding with each person to make sure we all understand the software the same way and can use it as a team. Sometimes when I will send in a help ticket, they will ignore the part where I state what I have already done to troubleshoot the issue and instead will send me the basic how-to troubleshoot info rather than personalized help for what I need. It feels like I'm working with a bot rather than being treated like a valued customer. But that's becoming an issue with customer service with almost everywhere.
