It gives instant updates on asset conditions and maintenance activities, allowing me to quickly identify issues, track ongoing work, and make faster decisions which reduces downtime and improves overall maintenance. I appreciate its cloud-based features, better integration, and improved maintenance tracking compared to our previous legacy systems. Setting it up was manageable with the right guidance and documentation, which made the implementation process smoother over time. **What do you dislike about Oracle Maintenance Cloud?** Some features can feel a bit complex at first, and certain processes may take time to learn. Additionally, the performance can occasionally feel slower when handling a large amount of data. Simplifying the interface and adding better in-app guidance would make it easier for users. Improving performance and load time, especially with large data, would enhance overall efficiency. **What problems is Oracle Maintenance Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Oracle Maintenance Cloud to manage equipment maintenance, reducing downtime. It feels like I'm working with a bot rather than being treated like a valued customer. But that's becoming an issue with customer service with almost everywhere. **What problems is Oracle Maintenance Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily we have used it to help clients stay on top of maintenance and asset management for which legal services have been performed ### 3. You can create reports and facoite them so that they are easy to access the next time to need to see them,. You don't have to re-run them every time. The layout of the program is also user friendly and easy to pick up how to access different pieces of information. **What do you dislike about Oracle Maintenance Cloud?** At time is can take a little bit to load information. Obviously the more information you are trying to pull in, the longer the load times. **What problems is Oracle Maintenance Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to be more effienct in tracking our customer interactions, leading to less instances of things falling through the cracks. We can also use the data weacquire to make better decisions about processes going forward. ### 4.
