I particularly enjoy the flexibility of personalizing UX to the nth degree of granularity in targeting user groups which profiles the customer in the most efficient way. The in-depth web data analytics, reporting features and insights tools are key to our success and daily functioning which the Feature Experimentation provides. Cost is a major factor right off the bat, it is just too expensive. Our budgets allow to use similar platforms comfortable that present the same use cases. More unique functionalities will help set the platform apart from the rest and help justify the spend within our leadership group.

Poor and out of date documentation makes it difficult to integrate across our estate and is missing key features that would allow us to have visibility (e.g. we can't integrate flags into Slack)

Interface is difficult to use - teams across the business often have to ask for verification a flag is turned on or off as changing a flag is complex and not very intuitive

AB testing is hampered by difficulties in ensuring consistent bucketing of users across the estate and the fact the % flagging doesn't appear to function as we'd expect
