What do you like best about Opper AI?

Opper helps bring more structure and consistency to our AI-driven compliance checks. The ability to trace and review each task is useful when we need to understand or explain how a result was produced. Overall, it’s a practical framework that has reduced a fair bit of manual effort in our validation processes. It’s also been straightforward to integrate into our existing stack, and the interface is easy for our team to work with day-to-day. We use it regularly across our validation flows. Their customer support has been amazing, whenever we’ve needed clarification or guidance, and the broad model selection — including the option to use our own — has been helpful for our use cases. What do you like best about Opper AI?

The multi-model flexibility is huge for us. We're not locked into a single provider, we can swap models based on what works best for each task. The JSON schemas and evaluation scores give us confidence when switching between models, and the fallback options keep everything reliable. We're a Nordic influencer marketing platform transitioning from agency to subscription SaaS. We needed to move fast and build AI features that kept customers coming back, not just one-off campaigns.

We built a self-service campaign builder using Opper's SDK - campaign managers can now auto-generate complete briefs in minutes instead of weeks. We use multiple models (one for strategy, one for visuals) working together through a six-step workflow.

We're a payment platform under PSD2 regulation. As we scale KYC compliance gets complex, more customers, more documents, stricter requirements. We needed automation that could handle the volume without compromising compliance.

With Opper we built a pipeline that classifies incoming documents (contracts, bank statements, board resolutions) and extracts what we need. It handles different formats without constant manual adjustments.

Results are convincing, with over 87% of documents process automatically, freeing our team for complex cases. We can track AI costs as a line item alongside other expenses. Our compliance team approves through audit logs instead of opening every PDF. We're using EU-hosted models and quality monitoring catches issues before they hit customers.
