2. Their XM solutions are wonderful. The product offers flexibility + agility that is key for all our projects.
3. Tailor-made developments can be requested and they are released super quick.
4. We're analyzing and improving our customer's experience by the minute thanks to their advanced analytics features. Text Analytics, Case Management, and a wide set of widgets that make reporting easy to read and to act-on.
5. We manage all our CX efforts through OPINATOR. All NPS, VoC, CSAT, etc. programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
