**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

I'll make it nice and neat:
1. Their team and support quality is the best among the different providers we've worked with.
2. Their XM solutions are wonderful. The product offers flexibility + agility that is key for all our projects. 
3. Tailor-made developments can be requested and they are released super quick. 
4. We're analyzing and improving our customer's experience by the minute thanks to their advanced analytics features. Text Analytics, Case Management, and a wide set of widgets that make reporting easy to read and to act-on. 
5. We manage all our CX efforts through OPINATOR. All NPS, VoC, CSAT, etc. programs.

**What do you dislike about OPINATOR?**

I honestly have to say that there's nothing we dislike about OPINATOR. The product meets all our requirements smoothly and relationship on the human side it's A+.

**Recommendations to others considering OPINATOR:**

We were offered a fully personalized demo, we previously debriefed our needs and they were quick to translate it to their solution. We were completely sold at that point.

**What problems is OPINATOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding the right Experience Management software to meet all our past, current, and, for sure, future needs.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

OPINATOR is a fantastic product, we're really happy with their different capabilities. It's the best Experience Management solution we've used by far, it makes everything easier, dynamic, and empowering, for both us as CX professionals but also to our customers, as we are now able to bring them real experiences while measuring their experience. I must also highlight their team, as they provide an outstanding service. Every time we need a hand, they're ready to help. However, another thing that we really like is that the software it's pretty easy to use and straightforward, we mostly manage everything internally for ourselves. Their Text Analytics system it's impressive and the Close the Loop module works wonders for case management. It's a real all-in-one solution to manage our CX efforts.

**What do you dislike about OPINATOR?**

The user interface could use a revamp, as it is a bit outdated compared to what the tool is capable of and the almost limitless possibilities they offer for our surveys. However, this is something just aesthetic. There's nothing we'd say we're not happy with.

**Recommendations to others considering OPINATOR:**

Ask for a demo. You will see in a short meeting all capabilities.

**What problems is OPINATOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NPS and CSAT, from the collection to measurement, analysis, and increase. Measuring VoC (Voice of the Customer), acting on real-time over Customer Feedback, generating added value from Experience Management (through resell, corss-sell and upsell actions, boosting our response rates, closing the loop with unsatisfied customers, reducing and preventing churn, identifying moments of high satisfaction, turning customers into promoters. I mean, overall solving all our CX / Experience Management needs.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

What I like the most is the customization possibility of the opis, being able to adapt to all needs with a very attractive appearance that improves the participation rate. The help from the opinator team with our more complicated surveys is also something we greatly appreciate.

**What do you dislike about OPINATOR?**

When setting up surveys, if you want to reach a specific level of customization or use certain rules, it is difficult to program it for users with basic training on the platform.

**What problems is OPINATOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Opinator for internal surveys and gathering feedback from large and small groups. The level of visual appeal and representation of our department's personality that can be achieved with the tool makes our target audience clearly identify with us. The ability to add more fun elements like gifs, etc., and the responsiveness is a differentiating factor compared to other survey engines and increases audience engagement with us.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

The best thing about Opinator, besides its platform which is great, both for the design, usability, and the representation of the results, is the service it provides. It is not easy to adapt to the needs of all clients, but at Opinator, there is never a "no" for an answer; they always consider the different options available to offer the best ad hoc service to the client.

**What do you dislike about OPINATOR?**

Although it is something that is already being worked on, it would be good to evaluate customer requests in order to incorporate them into the base service (not ad hoc). In the end, we feed back and learn from our partners/customers. 
As for the surveys, it is essential to include the "back" button.

**What problems is OPINATOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design and set up a live Voice of the Customer model. Based on the results, samples, etc., changes are incorporated in real-time, which helps to have a truly evolved and adaptable model.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

OPINATOR is a comprehensive and very round solution to manage and leverage Customer Experience results. It offers great and powerful Customer Feedback and Voice of the Customer (VoC)  capabilities, helping us on improving all our CX programs, measuring and comparing our NPS growth over time, and overall, granting us the possibility to offer a new and exceptional experience to all our customers.

**What do you dislike about OPINATOR?**

Nothing, really. We're very happy and have been working with OPINATOR as our only CX solution.

**Recommendations to others considering OPINATOR:**

Just set up a quick call with them asking for a demo, they will surely surprise you as they did with us. Their solution is really impressive.

**What problems is OPINATOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NPS measurement, Voice of the Customer management, response rate increase, in-store, and online transactional feedback gathering, reporting and predicting customer experience and customer behavior, reducing churn and points of customer effort, among others.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

We are delighted with the way Opinator seamlessly integrates with our systems. They worked to connect their tool with Microsoft Dynamics, Business Objects, Active Directory Federation Services, even our self developed systems.

**What do you dislike about OPINATOR?**

Thheir "close the loop section", in which tickets and customer claims are solved needs improvement. However, I have to say that they noted most of our comments and changed it for better. Now, after one year, it looks good.

**What problems is OPINATOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is more intuitive now, their designs are sleek (our customers talk about them quite often), and -since their software integrates with our CRM system- we are able to monetize our customer experience surveys in real time.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

I have used the Opinator platform for over three years, and the functionality is very user friendly. The Opinator team is very knowledgeable and always willing to jump right in and help. The product is of great value and has been a great asset and value for our CX team.

Opinator has been great and I do not have any dislikes at this time.

Measuring customer satisfaction within our digital channels. We have been able to share valuable insights to the teams so that they can make improvements.

**What do you like best about OPINATOR?**

What convinced us to cooperate in 2015 was: their great design possibilities, flexibility of the platform and the team, staying up-to-date. We have always valued the close relationship, knowledge of employees, their commitment to the process and care how the final product will look like.
This makes them a valuable and respected partner.

There are no downsides at this point of time.
