I really suggest that you consider OpennKM since it not only responds to current needs but also has an important background, highly experienced professionals and continuous support. **What problems is OpenKM Document Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The immediate use of the OpenKM platform is precisely content management, which allows documents to be stored in a federated manner in multiple formats and with a viewer or calls to the officce tool that the local team has, with the possibility of blocking documents for editing, encrypt documents and a very useful potential for versioning.
