## About Oobeya
Oobeya is an AI-powered Software Engineering Intelligence Platform designed for enterprise engineering organizations that want to improve visibility, productivity, quality, and delivery performance across the software development lifecycle. Modern engineering teams work across many tools: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, application performance tools, and AI coding assistants. While each tool provides its own reports, engineering leaders often struggle to see the full picture: where delivery slows down, where quality risks increase, how teams collaborate, and how AI is really affecting software development. Oobeya connects data across the SDLC and turns it into actionable engineering intelligence. It helps CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Engineering Managers, DevOps leaders, Platform teams, and Developer Experience leaders understand how their organizations work — from portfolio and team-level visibility to developer experience, code review, delivery, quality, and AI impact. Unlike traditional dashboard-only solutions, Oobeya focuses on insights and early signals. Its Symptoms module automatically detects issues such as long code review times, unreviewed pull requests, oversized pull requests, weekend activity, delivery bottlenecks, and quality risks. This helps teams identify problems earlier and take action before they become larger delivery or productivity issues. Oobeya supports widely used engineering frameworks and metrics, including DORA, SPACE, developer productivity, code review analytics, cycle time, lead time, deployment performance, code quality, and resource allocation. It also helps organizations measure the impact of AI coding assistants by analyzing adoption, engagement, acceptance, and related delivery outcomes. The platform is built for enterprise needs, including role-based access control, team and organization-level reporting, private cloud and on-premise deployment options, and integrations with leading SDLC tools. Oobeya is especially valuable for large-scale and regulated organizations that need visibility, governance, and control without relying only on fragmented reports or manual analysis. With Oobeya, engineering organizations can move beyond static metrics and gain a connected, real-time view of software delivery — helping leaders make better decisions, enable teams, improve engineering effectiveness, and build a stronger culture of continuous improvement.

It’d be nice if some charts could be exported in a format that’s ready to drop into slide decks, but that’s just a small usability thing.

**What problems is Oobeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tarık Soysal - Oobeya diyor:Oobeya bridges the disconnect between engineering tasks and business objectives. It’s helped us plan the roadmap more efficiently, balance team capacity, and build more trust between product, engineering, and leadership.

  ### 7. A Practical Way to Spot Early Delivery Risks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fırat G. | Infrastructure Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Oobeya?**

The Symptoms feature has been genuinely useful. It highlights signals we might otherwise miss—like rising review times, shifting priorities, or inconsistent delivery. These aren’t always obvious day to day, but having them flagged in context helps us respond earlier and have better conversations with teams.

**What do you dislike about Oobeya?**

Some symptoms could benefit from more team-specific context, but they still serve as a helpful starting point for investigation.

**What problems is Oobeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a structured way to monitor delivery health without relying solely on intuition. The result has been fewer surprises in planning and more timely course correction when things start to drift.

  ### 8. Bringing Structure to How We Use Jira Data

**Reviewed by:** Yağız T. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Oobeya?**

We’ve been using Jira for years, but Oobeya helped us actually make sense of the data. Things like cycle time, issue churn, and work breakdown by type became much easier to interpret once visualized properly. It’s made our planning and retros much more grounded in reality.

**What do you dislike about Oobeya?**

Some of our custom Jira workflows needed a bit of adjustment to display correctly, but once configured, everything synced smoothly.

**What problems is Oobeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oobeya surfaces patterns we couldn’t easily spot in Jira alone. It’s helped us identify bottlenecks, scope creep, and under-planned sprints, leading to more predictable delivery and clearer team discussions.

  ### 11. The Best Platform for Development Team Oversight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mehmet Fatih A. | Chief Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Oobeya?**

Oobeya’s onboarding process was impressively smooth—it took no time to get everything set up and running. The support team is also highly responsive, making sure we’re always on the right track. The best part, though, has to be the automatic detection of issues. Oobeya identifies potential problems and gives us actionable suggestions, which is invaluable for a busy development team. The platform is also extremely customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs, which ensures it works exactly how we want it to.

**What do you dislike about Oobeya?**

If I could add something, it would be more pre-built templates for common metrics. That said, the existing ones still cover a lot of ground, and their dashboard module enables us to add many more, so it’s not a big issue for us.

**What problems is Oobeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oobeya is solving our need for real-time insights into team performance and potential blockers. It connects all of our tools, so we don’t have to juggle multiple platforms to see the data we need. The automatic suggestions have been key in helping us fine-tune our development process, resulting in fewer delays and smoother delivery cycles.

  ### 12. Bringing Build and Delivery Data Together with Bitbucket and Jenkins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A. Kıvanç G. | Hybrid Cloud Automation Sales Leader, Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

The Bitbucket and Jenkins integrations worked without much setup, and now we can see commit activity, build status, and deployment trends in one place. That visibility has helped us better understand the full delivery pipeline—from code to production.

**What do you dislike about Oobeya?**

It would be helpful to have more detailed drill-downs on failed builds, but for high-level tracking and trends, it does the job well.

**What problems is Oobeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s allowed us to connect engineering activity with delivery outcomes. We’re spotting bottlenecks earlier—whether in code reviews or build failures—and making more informed decisions during retros and planning sessions.

  ### 13. Oobeya Helps Us Connect Engineering Metrics to Outcomes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murat A. | VP of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)
