Ontame.io has enabled us to predict the right choice of recruitment channels as well as the optimal budget for each position.

**What do you dislike about Ontame.io?**

Customer support is relatively show and on-boarding was slower than we would have liked.

**What problems is Ontame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better predict recruitment channels to maximize ROI on recruitment effort.

**What do you like best about Ontame.io?**

*The daily tracking of traffic, applications and actions in ATS
*Intuitive interface
*Possibility to integrate with ATS and external landing sites

**What do you dislike about Ontame.io?**

*A bit time consuming to work with external suppliers to integrate

**What problems is Ontame.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ontame makes it possible to forecast accurate and advertise on relevant platforms. Further more Ontame provide a good overview over KPI's such as Time to Interview, Time to hire, Cost per application, Cost per hire, interview rate, hiring rate etc.
