**What do you like best about OneVoice?**

OneVoice include its ease of use, versatility, and integration with Microsoft Teams. OneVoice is designed to streamline communication in the workplace, providing a single platform for phone, video, and web conferencing, as well as messaging and file sharing.

Users like that OneVoice offers a reliable and high-quality communication experience that can be accessed from anywhere, using any device. The platform's integration with Microsoft Teams also makes it easy to collaborate and communicate with team members, regardless of location or device.

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

OneVoice include its pricing structure and limited availability in certain regions. Some users have also reported occasional technical issues with call quality or connectivity, although these appear to be relatively rare.

I really love the way I am able to engage and interact on a daily basis with my teammates I use one voice for personal projects too and I like how easy it is

Honestly I would like it is the tabs has a few more options such as voice notes

It's bringing my team together and allowing everyone to know what others are doing and quickly be able to start working on tasks

easy to use, good pricing, and good customer support. It makes clear transcriptions.

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

all is good, nothing I don't like. I think it is the best transcription software I used.

**What problems is OneVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneVoice benefits me by giving more accurate transcription, plus it can do it in multiple languages. I could not find other speech to text software that will accurately transcribe in other languages.

It always feels great to have everything at a place. Unify for gmail makes voicemail work like e-mail and it's in affordable range.

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

There isn't anything to dislike about OneVoice. Customization is needed.

**What problems is OneVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication enhancement. I would definitely recommend this for its management

**What do you like best about OneVoice?**

I like how I never miss a thing. I often check my gmail and seeing any missed notifications helps me provide a better customer experience and makes sure I ma maximizing my job.

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

There have not been any dislikes on my end so far. The system has worked as it should and there isn't anything specific I see that would make a drastic improvement.

**What problems is OneVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping me receive emails when I have a voicemail. It ensures that I get back to clients in a timely manner and that I never miss communication with them.

1.Whenever there is an email coming to my hubspot, it will also come to my GMAIL.
2.) Less chance of an email being overlooked no matter how many it is

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

1.) No recall button
2.) Automatic changing for font size.

1.) less chances of emails being overlooked.
2.) Being able to respond to any email quickly.

I would enjoy easier access to training.  I'm not sure if there aren't more features than what I use.

**What do you like best about OneVoice?**

Unify for Gmail makes your voicemail efficient making it work like an email. Whenever a message arrives the user is notified at once with the help of notifications. When you remove a message from one area it automatically deletes from everywhere. It is an intuitive and incredible system that synchronizes with Gmail. The system is secure and has multiple domain support. When i first started using it i noticed how easy it was to install and get started with. The price is also reasonable which is a plus point. Anyone can start using it without any training and it is available on all devices like iPhone,Windows,Andriod etc. There are different pricing programs and the user can choose it according to what suites for them. The support was also helpful.

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

There are not much complaints I have  with Unify for Gmail. Few of them include that there is limited customization so you cannot do most of the things your way. They need to introduce Speech to Text because it is really needed for my work. Otherwise I do not have any problems with it its pros outshine the cons.

**What problems is OneVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unify for Gmail is a main platform that enhances communication and I had a positive experience using it so i highly recommend it.

**What do you like best about OneVoice?**

Cloud Hosted. Reasonably Priced. Easy Setup. Good Support. Simple Vision. Voice to Text coming soon.

**What do you dislike about OneVoice?**

Limited ability to customize things (i.e. who emails come from -- they appear to be coming from yourself, which is odd. I'd like to remove click to dial - that's not useful for us. I wish Speech to Text was here already.

**What problems is OneVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had ESNA in house. It worked well, and served us well for 5 years. It was time to renew, and Donoma had a compelling offer for a cloud hosted solution, which means one fewer server for us to maintain.
