**What do you like best about Oncord?**

Oncord brings all our key tools together: website, events, contact lists, and emails, so we don’t have to use different systems. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and makes creating a beautiful, customized website simple!

**What do you dislike about Oncord?**

The helpful tools are always improving, which is great, but sometimes we feel we’re not using the full power of the platform. There are so many features available that we still need to explore and make the most of.

**What problems is Oncord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everythting is in one place and easy to access!

Great service from our first inquiry.  Solutions and website structure that took our needs and wants and turned them into an engaging website for members and clients.

Not much. Our administration loves working with this software.

**What do you like best about Oncord?**

The extent of services included, plus the specific module AFs have developed for their course management, the ongoing improvements, pricing, a perfect fit for SMEs.
You have a 360-degree management of activity without the need for specialized or more complex tools.
CMS, Automations, Courses management, etc.

**What do you dislike about Oncord?**

No specific aspects are disliked. Might improve the number of available external Apps ready-to-use.

**Recommendations to others considering Oncord:**

If you are an SME, Oncord is an excellent choice as it provides a unique tool that covers all functions of the company. No need to multiply providers and tools. Their constant improvements and the ones that you may request make that the software remains up-to-date and performing. For Alliance françaises and Instituts Français in the world, the exclusive specific module for our network is the top on the market and should definitely be considered when thinking of a new system.

**What problems is Oncord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A complete voyage of our customers through our services.
A strong presence on the web with integrated SEO tools, as well as a global good level of protection/safety.
This software implied a strong growth in our activity, a better visibility and a very quick response to updates and time-to-market.

**What do you like best about Oncord?**

What we like about Synergy8 is that we can look after all our online marketing needs in one platform online for our business as it grows, also it has been very easy for us to take control over updating our website internally and pushing content out on our site.

**What do you dislike about Oncord?**

It would be great to have a lot more integrations, however we know this will come in the future.

**What problems is Oncord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synergy 8 is helping us take control of our online presents and is making life easy in this space.
