I had a negative experience with OLOID, specifically during a meeting with Nick Wall and Steve Appelbaum. They were disrespectful and came across as sexist, making inappropriate comments about my business size and assumptions about me based on gender. They mentioned dealing with large companies like Sephora and insinuated I would know it because I'm a woman. Additionally, when discussing pricing, they questioned my company's ability to handle a $10K fee, despite us being a multi-million dollar company. After agreeing to the fee, they promised to send a quote but never followed up. They ghosted me after the meeting, and their behavior was unprofessional and rude. The people. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. They have always gone above and beyond to help us accomplish our goals no matter how hard the problem was. They are definitely a partner and not just a vendor for us. If we ever have an issue they go out of their way to quickly solve it even if it means providing something custom for our needs. They truly want to make their products solve real business problems and not just make money. I have been very happy with them as a company and as people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oloid has been very accommodating in developing and delivering what we are asking without extensive back and forth ticketing processes and costly changes. Our experience has been nothing but excellent with the team allocated to our project. They have allowed us to test and give feedback. I would state this as a dislike. I would like a faster turnaround on development changes, but I think, like everyone, no matter how quick the turnaround, we all want things faster due to pressure to get projects completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oloid is an incredibly collaborative business partner. I find their willingness to work hand in hand with my team and I to be refreshing and rewarding. I don't really have any dislikes I think that the only nice to have would be a more direct way of contacting our business partners I.E. a teams environment or some other methodology of connecting with out setting up a meeting, or waiting until our biweekly touchbase. The staff that was assigned to my integration, Atashi and Chandan have been great. I have their direct lines and I can contact them with any emergencies/concerns during implementation. Additionally, the software is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oloid is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to monitor. It integrates with our timekeeping software and has thoroughly simplified our clock-in and clock-out process on job sites. We'd previously used cell phone clock-in software, biometric time clocks and old fashion paper time cards, all of which had significant headaches and drawbacks. Drawbacks include the need for IPad Pros for time clocks; they are expensive compared to other tablets we use. They are needed for the higher-quality forward-facing camera, but it's still disappointing. Also, the employee profiles only allow pictures under 2 MB, which is smaller than most people's standard pictures from their phones. This means that often if a supervisor sends me pictures to add to an employee's profile I have to crop the photo significantly to get the file size under 2 MB, which can take longer.
