"An essential everyday software tool for facilities management"
What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

From an office employee perspective, they can easily find conference rooms and employees on real-time updated floor plans, and can quickly book an unassigned desk for use. Employees at booked desks are shown on the live floor plans and can be found by searching during that time.

As a facilities manager, however, this software delivers great things everyday.

1. Easily schedule and plan employee moves. Create scenarios for future planning and invite managers to place their own employees. Also can do stack planning.

2. Track assets (i.e. specialty chairs) to move with and attributes (i.e. private office key code) that don't move for every workspace.

3. Numerous reporting options: desk booking usage, space usage, growth forecasting, real estate costs, etc.

4. Work request entry and tracking with any categories you choose, reporting on response & resolution times, volume, etc.

5. Ability to ask screening questions before office entry, also can calculate work station radius spacing (for social distancing applications)

6. SSO and syncing with employee HR data

7. Produce printouts or PDFs and customize what's on them

8. Simple lease administration available allows you to keep critical dates for future use & track cost increases

OfficeSpace listens and actively follows up on software feature requests with regularly scheduled calls. I feel like we have contributed to some of the features now available.

Likewise, customer service and technical support is fantastic, quick responses and resolutions are the norm for day to day issues (of which there are very few). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?

Lacks connectivity to the employee badging system that we use, but this is available for a few systems currently.

What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

The interface and the regular updates ensure that the software always meets our needs. The immediate creation of a socially distanced map of our spaces made it possible to inform leaders of how we could use our spaces in the midst of the pandemic. What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?

We would love to be able to track the specifics of our space specifics including repairs, warranties, upgrades, and necessary PMs. This has been discussed with the staff, but it is not a current part of the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

Office Space took the challenge of workspace management, office moves, and office support and organized it efficiently and effectively to make managing larger offices that much easier. It's the best software I've seen to manage office spaces. Perhaps more importantly, the customer service and support team is outstanding- always responsive, always expert resources and always friendly and willing to make the tool better. What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?

I would like the tool to send daily reminders to people to do the safeguard check-in. Right now it only sends that message to people who have reserved a desk but for those with permanent spaces, there's n reminder system available. I believe they are working on this improvement. What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

From start to finish, the OfficeSpace team was great to work with. We were under a time crunch with executive direction and they worked hard to help us get up and running. The team was always quick to respond and assist. Costs were competitive with other systems we looked at, but what they offered made it a no brainer for us, plus they had local servers which was important. The software is easy to use and intuitive for both staff and administrators, plus there are so many reporting options. The team is always working on enhancements and soliciting feedback for improvements. I love how user-friendly it is, and that I can use the app on my phone. It really does it all! What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

OfficeSpace has been instrumental to us in several ways. As a rapidly growing medtech company, we are always expanding and reconfiguring our facility. Ensuring our employees know where people, places and things are located throughout campus is critically important. Secondly, OfficeSpace has also played a vital role in our return to campus and new hybrid desk booking environment. What do you dislike about OfficeSpace Software?

What do you like best about OfficeSpace Software?

OfficeSpace is an easy-to-use tool for finding your fellow employees, finding your way, or finding a desk. Like many businesses, the pandemic has changed the way our employees work and we have integrated hybrid workspaces for employees who only come into the office occasionally. Office space makes it easy for employees to book desks and for space administrators to see how frequently hybrid spaces are being used. The tool is also great for managing permanent desks including scheduled moves. The maps are easy to read and allow employees to search for people, rooms, and objects like printers, fire extinguishers, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
