"Observe.AI Makes Coaching and Quality Checks Easier with Conversation Analytics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I love that Observe.AI helps our team look at conversations to find chances to give coaching. Conversation analytics and automatic quality checking for coaching and training lets us see patterns in problems check how well calls follow the right steps and offer places to give coaching. It helps us watch agents and make sure customer service is good, in all the customer service teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Automated evaluations sometimes miss the mark. Their accuracy can shift with call quality, accents and the feel of the conversation. Checking flagged interactions still requires effort especially when an automated evaluation does not match how an agent truly handled a customer. Greater flexibility in tweaking the criteria, for automated evaluations would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turning Customer Conversations into Actionable Marketing Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like the most about Observe.AI is its ability to analyze the conversation and put the results into consideration. My job as a Performance Marketing Manager at Madison Avenue Worldwide involves using conversation analytics and automated quality monitoring of customer service interactions for detecting obstacles, analyzing the reasons for objections, and finding points of improvement of the customer journey. This data can be used to improve the message and meet the customer’s expectations, as well as align the message with other departments such as sales and customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Although it offers superb analytical tools, certain aspects of conversations may need manual editing to avoid errors, especially with difficult topics or accents. Overall, it has potential, but I would like to see the ability to customize reports and integrate more closely with marketing analytics tools to analyze leads and sales effectiveness. "Reliable conversation intelligence and Auto QA that scales across 100% of interactions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

What stands out most is the automated QA and speech analytics capability. Instead of sampling just a tiny fraction of calls manually, the transcription accuracy and sentiment detection allow our team to evaluate 100% of customer interactions. It makes identifying compliance risks, coaching opportunities, and recurring customer pain points significantly faster and data-driven. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Transcription accuracy still struggles when dealing with heavy regional accents, noisy background environments, or domain-specific technical jargon. Because downstream automated scoring depends heavily on the transcript, noisy audio can occasionally trigger false positives in QA scorecards. Additionally, initial rubric calibration and moment configuration take substantial upfront engineering and operations time to tune properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automation with Room for Enhanced Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like Observe.AI's ability to analyze customer conversations and provide insights that improve support quality and team performance. The automation, analytics, and easy-to-understand reporting make it simple to identify patterns and issues, which helps in improving customer support quality. These features reduce the time spent on manual reviews and quickly surface useful insights. The initial setup was straightforward with a smooth onboarding process, and it integrates well with our existing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, especially for finding specific insights and navigating large amounts of conversation data. Some reports and analytics could also be more customizable, and better integration options with other development and business tools would make the platform even more useful. I would like to see more flexibility in customizing dashboard reports and analytics based on specific team requirements. Better API support for easier setup with third-party tools, more ready-made connectors, and improved documentation and configuration options would make integrations easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

I find that the accuracy of AI-generated insights in some complex conversations could be improved. I would also like to see more customization options for reports and dashboards, along with faster navigation when reviewing a large number of interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Customer Service Calls with a Reliable Voice AI Agent"
5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

It nice to have it as support for the people who work in customer service. It helps a lot to handle the calls and get notes faster of the problems. The interface works more easily, and the voice AI agent works well for predictable interactions with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

Well, the data analysis needs to be improved. Another improvement is that when the chatbot detects the client's request, it needs to be carefully reviewed because it can make errors in scheduling or in identifying potential and important problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient QA workflow tool that saves serious audit time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

What stands out most for me is the call transcription accuracy and how quickly it surfaces key insights. Instead of manually listening through long customer calls for QA and compliance, I can jump straight to specific keywords, customer sentiments, or dead air moments. The evaluation forms and agent coaching workflows are built right into the platform, which saves our team hours every week. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and makes tracking team performance quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

While the tool is generally reliable, transcription accuracy can take a hit when dealing with heavy regional accents, background static, or when both speakers talk over each other. In those cases, you still have to manually verify the audio. Also, the initial setup for custom moment tracking and evaluation forms took a bit longer than expected to dial in properly. "Observe.AI Delivers Actionable Insights with Automated QA and Agent Coaching"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I like that Observe.AI turns customer conversations into actionable insights instead of just recording or transcribing calls. The automated QA, clear analytics, and agent coaching help identify performance gaps and improve customer interactions without relying so heavily on manual call reviews Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

The main thing I dislike is that some of the AI analysis can still be inconsistent. Transcription, sentiment detection, and identifying specific moments in conversations aren't always accurate, so the results sometimes need manual verification. The initial setup and configuration can also feel a bit complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Quality Audits, but the Interface Needs Polish"
5/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I use Observe.AI for quality analysis on emails, calls, and chats. It highlights the part I need to review, and I can listen to it anytime. Appealing quality scores is much easier now. I can appeal directly in Observe.AI instead of going back and forth over email with my lead and the quality team, and I can agree with the analysis through SSO. It also automatically highlights anything outside the policies. Setup was pretty easy, and it has saved me a lot of time on audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

I find the interface has too many tiny tabs and is too grey for my liking. I’d like it to be a little more colorful, with tabs that are more interactive. The filters could have more options so I can search for a case by case number, time, date, and scores instead of only by quality code. Training the team was a task because the interface isn’t very interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Conversation Analysis That Improves Voice Agent Responses"
4/5
What do you like best about Observe.AI?

I used Observe.AI as part of a client project involving an AI voice agent, so getting familiar with how the platform fit into my workflow was important. Understanding the conversation insights and how to apply them to the agent took some exploration. Once I understood how to use those insights, it was easier to connect the findings to areas that needed improvement. I don't have enough firsthand experience with customer support or formal onboarding to rate those aspects fairly, but the main value for my project was turning conversation analysis into practical next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Observe.AI?

One thing I found challenging was getting a clear picture of where a conversation needed improvement without spending extra time reviewing the interaction. During my AI voice agent project, I wanted more direct guidance on which parts of the conversation flow needed attention. A simpler way to highlight those moments would make the review process more practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
