# Is there any other way to retrieve of find the date of the call back?
I as a user, personally experience having a hard time finding the call back and sad to say oberve.ai do not provide calls that is not policy sale. Therfor, I hoped that in this way, Oberve. AI will improve in these coming days.

# What is the best way to maximize the speed limit (3x) of the tool especially in evaluating calls?
One of the stuggles that I have in this tool is that on the speed limit is not enough and I just want to suggest to increase their speed limit on it. I also want to suggest to have a seach button on the tool in order to find the specific that we want to search to.

# How to retrieve a call if you can't find it using all the options when searching the contacts ? Is there any other way to retrieve a callback call ?
It is quite challenging to review a call if the call has a callback or being cut off. Do we have other way to retrieve it to continue the review ?

# Can I use Observe.ai for other services? Does Observe.ai offers other services that we can enjoy?
I've been to a lot of jobs throughout the year and some tools or apps they've used were a mess. Most of them use a lot of work that is prone to errors and mistakes and ultimately will lead to an internal report. In less than a year of using Observe.ai, I can say that this app stands out. With the use of live transcription, we can easily evaluate and take notes of our agents and we can also easily input our comments for a specific call.

# Can we get more functions in moment creation that gives the end user more flexibility in terms of designing moments?
Aside from simply plugging keywords, tool will be better if we can add syntaxes or and command that can target words or phrases within the transcription in a way that the moment designer can narrow down into specific time, part of conversation etc.

# Is there a way every time a call is scored and email can be triggered to the agent to notify them ?
With so many calls being scored a week I want my agents to be going into Observe.Ai proactively and looking at all calls scored sooner than later.
