What do you like best about Nunify?

The best aspect of Nunify for PDC 2024 was its user-friendly interface and seamless setup for our in-person event with 70 attendees. The mobile app made it effortless to manage and share the agenda, speaker profiles, attendee list, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring all information was accessible in one place. Its branding customization allowed us to create a professional, cohesive event experience that impressed attendees and streamlined organization for our small team. What do you dislike about Nunify?

The OTP login process was a hassle, with some attendees’ one-time passwords going to spam, causing delays at check-in. Agenda customization was also limited; adding detailed session descriptions or reorganizing layouts was less flexible than we hoped. The web app’s interface felt outdated on older browsers, lagging behind the mobile app’s smoother experience, which frustrated a few users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nunify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nunify addressed several key challenges for the Pharmaceutical Distributors Conference (PDC) 2024, an in-person event with 70 attendees. Firstly, it solved the problem of centralized event management by providing a single platform to organize and share the agenda, speaker profiles, attendee list, and PowerPoint presentations. This eliminated the need for multiple tools or manual coordination, saving our small team significant time and reducing errors. The intuitive interface allowed us to set up the event quickly, even with limited technical expertise, streamlining our planning process.

Secondly, Nunify tackled attendee accessibility by offering a mobile app that put all event details at attendees’ fingertips. This ensured everyone could easily navigate the conference, access presentations, and stay updated without relying on printed materials or constant staff assistance, enhancing the attendee experience and reducing logistical queries.

"Solid platform with exceptional support"

What do you like best about Nunify?

When we set out to choose a platform for our conference, we shortlisted three vendors. Nunify was the least-known of the three, but after the initial consultation with each, we knew Nunify was the right choice for us. Not only did they offer a solid product that met our key requirements, but they demonstrated that they cared about us and the success of our event and their pricing strategy was straightforward and easy to present to the team.

Our decision was the right one. As a volunteer-run organization, things tended to get done when there was time. That led to a lot of scope creep, last-minute changes, and long delays. Throughout all that, Nunify's support was phenomenal. They patiently pointed out modules we could take advantage of, tweaked functions to meet our needs, and even implemented an expanded registration feature that was invaluable. We generally received support in well under 24 hours. With all of our internal uncertainties, it was a relief to know we could count on Nunify.

We used Nunify for the event website, program development, sponsor promotion, registration and event mobile app. We were pleased to be able to present a professional-looking, branded platform to our delegates. From their standpoint, the experience was generally smooth. What pleasantly surprised us was how easily, quickly and prolifically the delegates engaged with the chat and social wall features during the conference. I love a lot about this app and the company behind it. Chaya, the sales manager, has been extremely flexible, helpful and generous with me as we organised this. What do you like best about Nunify?

The App had got lot of user friendly options, lots of stats which can be downloaded real time.

Shruthi, Georgie and Pranay were really helpful in explaining the App and its funcitionality. Got good pre event support from the Team. Prompt actions were taken by the Team on requests. On event support was also very well managed.

What do you dislike about Nunify?

There is nothing in disliking, its just that there is still lot of room for improvement. The user interface during registration, we wanted to customize the background for welcome note for the delegates, alongside font size and font style to be accomodative.

Secondly, need to start being more open to the QR code usage as this is the future, we wanted a QR code for each sessions to open up a QnA or Poll for respective sessions Attendee upon scanning.

I do understand turnaround time was less, but we think this will be the next step for being user friendly to the audience.
