Though it is not perfect bus still one of the best out there, especially for the education domain. The best feature I feel is that integration with Leadforms for Google and Meta is comparatively easier than other CRMs, and the lead leakage is very low and almost close to 0 in most cases. For teams new to CRM-style tools, it can take some time to get comfortable navigating the dashboards, configuring automation, or customizing reports. The interface, while improving, sometimes feels dense, especially when working with multiple campaigns or datasets. Additionally, report customization could be more flexible — at times, we’ve found it challenging to build very specific insights without external support from Meritto’s team. What I like most about Meritto is how easy it is to use. All my leads are kept in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks. Leads are assigned automatically, which saves time and prevents confusion. The follow-up reminders are also helpful because they make it easier to remember who I need to call or message. WhatsApp and call tracking are especially useful since that’s how most customers communicate, and I can quickly view the complete history for each lead. What do you dislike about Meritto? What I dislike about Meritto is that some features feel a bit confusing at first. The interface can look crowded, especially when you are new. A few settings take time to understand and are not very clearly explained. Sometimes reports feel limited and hard to customize. It can also feel slow when handling a large number of leads. Before, it was difficult to track who had contacted which lead and what the current status was. With Meritto, all leads flow into one system, so nothing gets overlooked. It also automates lead assignment and follow-ups, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual effort. The call and WhatsApp tracking make it easy to view all conversations in one place, without having to switch between tools. As a result, responses are faster and follow-ups stay more consistent. I like that Meritto is very simple to use, which means it doesn't require any hard training. You can just log in, and its features are so straightforward that even a common person can use them easily. I find it incredibly valuable for handling my team, which consists of 30 members.
