They are unethical and their disclosures don't follow their business practices. I was charged $588 even though I ended one day after the trial period ended and they refused to refund my money. Really? I used the service for three hours and have to pay $588. Any other company or business would have promptly refunded my money, but they don't operate above board. There is no phone number to call them, all is done through chat bots and emails and the people who answer them are very aggressive. After a quick google search i've discovered there are many others who experienced their misleading nofications, unclear conditions and extremely unsatisfactory 'refund ' policy. I just started a trial period at NinjaOutreach. After successful registration, I wanted to check out your paid packages and clicked a button wich refered to pro version, but I have been CHARGED FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR of $1428 RIGHT AFTER ONE CLICK , WITHOUT ASKING MY CONSENT.

I am a businessman as well and I can say that the way *Ninjaoutreach is doing* to their new clients *UNETHICAL, MISLEADING, DECEIVING business* and after the *FRAUD* has been done they are hiding in the back, hoping to *GET AWAY WITH THEFT*.

BEWARE: Do you want to be a client of *Ninjaoutreach*, who is *USING SHADY WAY TO LURE OUT MONEY* and completely disregarding ethical business methods, and protecting themselves with a well written *NO REFUND POLICY*?

I have read the Terms and Conditions of *NinjaOutreach*, but it *is UNPRECEDENTED and DECEIVING* to *charge a client* with ONE SINGLE CLICK* on a tab, which was supposed to be giving information about your service packages.

Therefore you *BETTER NOT RISK REGISTERING* for a trial, because after one accidental misclick, you will be charged with the full subscription and YOU CAN DO NOTHING AGAINST IT*. Even if you are on trial period, it will be canceled and your account will be reclassified to paid version.

Nothing, these guys are shady at best. We signed up for their "7 day free trial" and within minutes were charged a full $1428 without authorization or consent. As this was a "trial" we wanted to test various features. We clicked through a button which referred to their "pro" version and immediately saw a charge come through on our card. There was no opt-in. I rarely leave reviews online but given they just added a new feature to their website based on my feedback I wanted to let everyone know! As part of marketing my brand online I reach out to Instagram influencers and after a wide search I settled on ninjaoutreach for getting their emails. It was cost effective compared to alternatives. The choice did not disappoint, the product is good, the help desk is quick, and as I mentioned they even created new filters when I pointed out some new filters that would be helpful for me. NinjaOutreach has a chrome extension and this is what I use the most. I am constantly googling potential business that I'd like to work with and I organize them into different lists. It's an easy to use tool without much of a learning curve. In minutes you are able to get started and find websites and contacts you can reach out to as part of your link building campaign, partner outreach and so much more.

Sometimes, contact information isn't available, which slows down the process of completing an outreach campaign. Also, I sometimes have trouble curating a list of niche contacts. But it seems like new databases (and database records) are added in on a regular basis, so I have high hopes that it will continue to become increasingly more useful in the future.
