Marketing your blog posts to influencers is an extremely important part of the Skyscraper Technique (google it) **What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?** I signed up for a free trial, took a look around and decided that I might come back again at a later date to look again. 2 weeks later I noticed that they had charged me almost $600. When I complained to their support that I did not want to use their product, they told me it was my problem and they have a no-refund policy. At no point did I receive any notifications that my trial was ending, that I was about to be billed or that I had been billed. Their database of bloggers is pretty good but not as extensive as I thought it might be. Many of the search results seemed out of left field. I never got far enough to do actual outreach though. **What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?** I feel like their free trial process is deceptive. They charged me $250 for six months of Ninja Outreach at the end of a 7 day trial that I didn't end up using. No notice immediately before the charge. Asked for a refund and was told that I should have read the fine print and they have a "no refund" policy. I ended up spending several hours trying to track down contacts at NinjaOutreach and finally ended up on the phone with their CEO. It was his opinion that I should have known better on letting the trial lapse, but to his credit, he did hear me out (I was not happy) and issued me a refund. Which ultimately was wasting my time. However with Ninja outreach it not only helps me send large amounts of emails in the time it takes to compose one. But it also helps with scraping emails from websites, which is what was using up the most of my time. Whats also really great is that you can still add the required level of details to your emails required for successful outreach. By using Ninja Outreach's email features you can add these to your emails and it will grab the required information from your contact and add the information into your email. E.g first names, last names, full names, company names, etc. You can use all of these things to help your emails feel personal to the receiver, which i think is an excellent feature. Especially considering the many other features the tool provides alongside. And lastly whats also really helpful about this tool, is the 24/7 live chat in the bottom corner of your screen. Any difficulties you have whilst using Ninja Outreach can be quickly resolved with its very responsive and great customer support. **What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?** The only difficulty I had was integrating my email to the sight.
