## Nimble CRM Reviews
 ### 1. It Keeps Follow-Ups, Tasks, and Client Communication More Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

it helps me manage follow ups, healthcare communication, and daily client related activities in a more practical way during regular work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly handle consultation reminders, nutrition follow-ups, wellness discussions, and educational activities together. The activity and task management section is very useful for me because pending and completed follow-ups can be checked quickly during busy schedules. Creating reminders, updating tasks, tracking follow-up discussions, and managing regular healthcare activities feels simple during normal use. I also like that workflows, pipelines, contacts, activities, and tracking sections stay connected, which makes daily management feel more clear instead of scattered. Features related to contact tracking, activity updates, task reminders, workflows, pipelines, and communication history help keep consultation and healthcare related activities more properly arranged during daily work.

I also find the dashboard helpful because important activities and pending tasks can be checked without opening too many different sections repeatedly. Updating activities, reviewing completed follow-ups, and handling consultation related tracking feels more comfortable during regular use. Nimble CRM has been useful for keeping healthcare follow-ups, routine communication, consultation tracking, and educational activities more manageable from one place. Overall, Nimble CRM has been useful for managing follow-ups, consultation activities, and daily task tracking more comfortably during regular healthcare and nutrition related work.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I like the overall activity and follow-up system of Nimble CRM, but sometimes after adding a new task or activity, the update does not appear instantly in the list and a quick refresh is needed before the latest activity becomes visible properly. It is not a major issue during regular work, though slightly faster real-time updating would make task handling feel more smooth during busy schedules.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NimbleCRM is helping me keep follow-ups, consultation activities, and daily communication more properly managed during regular work. Earlier, handling reminders, pending activities, and follow-up tracking from different places used to become a little difficult during busy schedules.

Now it is easier to create activities, manage follow-up tasks, track completed work, and organize healthcare related communication from one place. Features related to activities, pipelines, reminders, contact tracking, and task management help keep daily work more properly arranged during regular healthcare and nutrition related activities.

Another benefit for me is that handling multiple follow-ups and routine tasks together feels less confusing because pending and completed activities stay connected inside one system. It also helps save time while checking regular updates and consultation related tasks during daily work.

 ### 2. Unified Contact Communication with Easy Onboarding, Kanban Pipelines, and a Great UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I really love this platform for its capability to bring all communication of my contacts whether it be from my email or other social media under an integrated view. This enhances the communication experiences with all the contacts enabling to co-ordinate on various platform. Other than this, It adds the missing information of the contacts by pulling in from various sources. The browser extension capability of this platform makes this platform more accessible. The onboarding process of this platform was really easy and fast. I also love the user Interface of this platform. The pipeline management of this platform is also made really easy with its Kanban Board allowing user to customize it with simple drag and drop feature. This Workflow management also increase productivity by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the users.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I love most part of this platform but I felt that the automation of workflow can be made more better. Other than this I also wish that this platform could integrate more with other communication platform enabling to schedule and keep communicating. I also felt that the mobile application was not very efficient as it online platform.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform makes communication with clients or contacts more organized and efficient. The generated leads can also be manage very easily by this platform. We can also find the connections ensuring us a better way to approach the required contact. All this features assist in improving productivity in our Organization.

 ### 3. A great and feature packed CRM for beginners to experts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moose W. | Voice Over Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I like that I can create workflows and monitor my time in each stage of them. For instance, I can set up a stage for 'initial contact' with a potential client, then have another stage titled '2 week followup' and so on. Each stage can tell me how long each client has been in it so I can stay on top of things.
The Prospector is genius. Saves time in cultivating client info.
LOVING the Sequence feature. Saves me SO much time and is very effective.
They're customer service is great too. If I have a question they usually get back to me within an hour.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There are some occasional bugs but the support team is usually pretty quick about addressing them.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying on task with contacting potential leads. I've been able to cold email people/companies and actually hear back from them.

 ### 4. Nimble CRM: Relationship-Focused, Lightweight CRM for Inbox and Social Media

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lasha F. | Behavioral Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble CRM puts the emphasis on relationships, not just on storing data. It’s a great fit for anyone who spends most of their time in their inbox and on social media. If you’re looking for a lightweight, social-focused way to manage and stay on top of your network, it’s an excellent choice.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble CRM has several notable drawbacks that can be especially frustrating for power users or growing teams. The biggest issue I’ve run into is the restrictive 2GB storage limit per user, which fills up fast because the system syncs your entire email history. Once you hit that cap, you’re essentially pushed into paying for expensive monthly add-ons just to keep things running.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without a CRM, your business details can easily end up scattered across mental notes, sticky notes, multiple spreadsheets, and buried email threads. A CRM serves as a “single source of truth,” bringing that information together in one place so it’s easier to find, track, and rely on.

 ### 5. Nimble CRM: Easy to Use and Ideal for Small Business Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nosheen K. | Data Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The best thing I like about Nimbal CRM is that it’s very easy to use. It’s a very good CRM software for small businesses, and it can be used easily for team management as well as other software management.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I don’t dislike anything about Nimble CRM.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nimble CRM mainly for web forms, contact management, and email marketing, because managing all of these workflows can be done easily in a simple way.

 ### 6. experience with an excellent CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald A. A. | President/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

As a small business owner, I have tried several software programs to help me keep an up-to-date and comprehensive contact process with both current clients and potential leads. This program stood out for being intuitive, fairly easy to use, and it fulfilled all of my requirements. What's more is that this is relatively inexpensive and they are particularly sensitive to small business operations.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Utilizing voice recognition software directly into the email and letter writing process was not particularly easy. Dragon has made some changes, it is easier but not flawless. Also, coping and pasting from a Word file into email sequencing needs some work

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

initiating and maintaining a comprehensive flow of appropriate marketing information and outreach

 ### 7. Extremely Intuitive, Time-Saving, and Backed by Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha D. | Voice Actor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Extremely intuitive which saves me time! Nothing is "hidden", I can find things quickly, easily, and of course, the support is out of this world: fast, kind, thorough.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The cap on automations and the pay scale - it's an AMAZING base price for what it is, but when you start needing more diverse features, it adds up.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my leads organized and most importantly, keeping it easy and mindless for me to track staying in touch with them. This benefits me because it frees up my brain space to go after other things, while completely worry-free that no one will get left behind.

 ### 8. Perfect for Relationship-Driven Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanshika K. | cfa level1 passed, Capital Markets, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble CRM helped me a lot in my business or work. I can easily manage customer relationships, contacts, and sales participants. It's best suited for teams focusing on relationship-driven sales who need a simple, integrated, and accessible solution. I can track deals through customized, visual pipelines. I use Kanban boards to manage task dependencies and deadlines, and I value the AI-powered chatbots. It was very easy to set up Nimble CRM.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The most critical areas include cost predictability and usability.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble CRM helps me easily manage customer relationships, contacts, and sales participants. It addresses problems like contact management and email marketing while offering a simple, integrated solution for relationship-driven sales teams.

 ### 9. Nimble practices "human-first"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | Founder. Principal., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2017

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble takes out about 70% of the work required to find, understand, capture, tag, and contact people. The result is you have more time to work on relationships with people instead of massaging their data.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I'd like Nimble to offer several operating modes with proactive hints for new users and a more streamlined interface for power users.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

Be thoughtful when importing data from multiple sources, especially before you start sending out communications or doing tagging. I had to do it a few times to get it right. (Not a big deal, it only took 30 minutes to redo everything ;-)

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we shift gears into a new operating paradigm (advisory versus consulting), nimble is helping us categorize and reconnect with former clients, partners, and refer efficiently and successfully.

 ### 10. Be less annoying with insight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard F. | Projektledare, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Sweet integrations and a consistently simple and understandable design. Great integration with O365 and other apps. Works well, not super, with mobilephones.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There is not much "extra", for example I want to give my customers the opportunity to book appointments with me in my calendar in a few simple steps. I know some competitors have that feature. I also miss two way sync with Mailchimp.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings order and a seamless flow to my work with external contacts. It also helps create a more personal relationship between the customer and me/my team. With better insight, I’m less annoying in my follow-ups and communication.

 ### 11. Nimble CRM Streamlines Relationship Management — Love the LinkedIn Browser Tools!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy K. | Keep Them Loyal - Customer Retention Strategist, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Hands down, the Nimble Prospector tool that works on LinkedIn. I can view a profile, pull up enriched contact details, add them to my CRM, and jot down notes or tasks—all without ever leaving LinkedIn. That seamless flow is a game-changer for relationship-driven work.

Nimble makes it ridiculously easy to stay organized without feeling like you need a PhD in CRM systems. The interface is clean, intuitive, and not bloated like other platforms I’ve used. I love being able to quickly scan my dashboard, see who I need to follow up with, and take action.

If your business is built on networking, referrals, and real human connections—this tool fits like a glove. The browser-based tools (especially for social platforms), daily to-do reminders, and contact enrichment features help you build and maintain relationships without letting anything slip through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Some of the reporting features feel pretty limited, especially if you're trying to get a big-picture view of your pipeline or run detailed filters.

It’s definitely built for simplicity, which is great—until you want to scale up. Teams that need robust workflows, custom reporting, or complex sales automation might outgrow it. And while the browser extension is super handy, it’s not a replacement for true platform integrations, so you have to know what you’re getting.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble helps me manage and nurture client relationships without dropping the ball—or drowning in spreadsheets. As a business strategist, I’m constantly networking, following up, and juggling different conversations across platforms. Nimble pulls all those touchpoints together, gives me context for each contact, and reminds me who I need to reconnect with and when.

The biggest benefit? It saves me time while helping me show up more consistently and intentionally in my relationships—which is key to growing a referral-based business. It’s also been a great tool to recommend to clients who need something simple, effective, and easy to stick with.

 ### 12. One of Nimble’s earliest users—and still impressed!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viveka v. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I was among the very first users of Nimble CRM, and after getting stuck with a different CRM elsewhere, I was absolutely thrilled to return to Nimble. The evolution has been incredible.

What stands out most for me:

Web Forms and Seamless Lead Capture
Nimble’s custom webforms are a game‑changer—easy to build and publish via website, email, or social. Lead submissions automatically become contact records, and I love that they can trigger tailored email sequences or workflows without manual steps.

Email Sequences + Automation
The new email sequences are brilliant: set up pre‑written multi‑step campaigns, then automatically enroll contacts based on form submissions, recipient behavior, or workflow stage. It’s all personalized, scalable outreach right from your own inbox.

🌀 Workflows & Pipeline Automation
Nimble’s visual workflows give me complete control over lead stages. Contacts move through pipelines automatically as they interact—and can trigger sequences or webhooks for a truly end‑to‑end funnel experience.

🎯 Relationship‑First Focus
What differentiates Nimble is its emphasis on genuine relationship building, not just deal tracking. Everything from contact data, email history, calendar sync to social network signals works in tandem to help build thoughtful, informed outreach.

Bottom line:
After trying another CRM and feeling constrained and overwhelmed by features I just didn't need as a small boutique coaching company, coming back to Nimble felt like coming home to a modern, deeply intuitive, and increasingly powerful tool. I couldn’t be happier to be back—and love everything they’ve added since I first signed up.

And their Customer Support is absolutely amazing!

Highly recommend Nimble for anyone who values social CRM, seamless automation, and relationship‑focused tools that just plain work.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The only hiccup I experienced was a few early glitches with sequences during beta—but the Nimble team was quick to resolve them, and everything runs smoothly now.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble has streamlined my workflow by allowing me to replace separate tools like Kit for email and form building. Now I can handle everything—forms, sequences, and CRM—in one place. It’s not only more efficient, but everything integrates seamlessly within Nimble, saving me time and reducing tech fatigue. And saving me money.

 ### 13. Unlimited Workspaces and Automations at a Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damon K. | Agency Principal, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

With Nimble you get unlimited workspaces and automations for a good value price.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble need to incorporate more intergrations.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a few businesses and I am able to coordiante my different endeavors in one platform. Most CRM's will make you upgrade to a much higher price package for more than two workspaces.

 ### 14. Easy Schedule Viewing and Seamless Team Chat

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney T. | Exercise Physiologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The ability to see my schedule easily as well as chat with other employees and find their profiles.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There really has not been anything to complain about.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the app updates as sometimes it glitches from bugs.

 ### 15. My #1 Productivity Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff S. | Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2015

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The ability to hover over and review the social footprints of individuals and capture that information while adding them to a contact database. It is extremely user friendly and is easy to learn how to use.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Like any CRM, capturing data can often be a tedious process, however, Nimble does a great job in capturing data, so manual input is minimized.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

I would highly recommend it for those who need to manage their contacts.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of an extensive number of contacts from networking meetings, Twitter followers, and LinkedIn connections.
Nimble has it made it much easier to manage my contact information and to focus on those who have added me on Twitter and LinkedIn. I can quickly determine their credibility, add them to the system, and classify them based on their social footprints.

 ### 16. Nimble is a great choice and particularly for solo or sales teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig M. J. | Managing Member / Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2013

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble continues to fine tune email marketing including the new optional addition of being able to create an email marketing account which will allow you to message at scale. Next up ... AI. Watch for it!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The email interface within Nimble has improved dramatically, including the ability to watch for email replies. While email sync is still pull (Nimble does this automatically), the times have improved and you can sync manually at any time.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

If you are looking for something simple yet powerful, I don't know that you can find a competitive product that will touch Nimble. Certainly, it is worth a close look!

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble keeps me organized and on top of EVERYTHING. It has also allowed me to create new relationships with potential clients as well as thought leaders

 ### 17. Best CRM for Referral Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivana T. | DIYMarketing Expert, Marketing Strategist and Small Business Marketing Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2013

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Email Sequences: The Game-Changer I've Been Waiting For

The addition of email sequences is a welcome enhancement to Nimble's CRM features, providing a more automated approach to follow-ups. This isn't just another feature—it's the missing piece that makes Nimble a true referral automation machine.

Here's why I'm completely sold on email sequences:
- Set It and Forget It Referral Nurturing: Remember that 12-month referral sequence I talked about? - Now you can automate the entire thing. No more manual scheduling, no more "oops I forgot to follow up with Sarah." The system does it for you.
- Scheduled Group Messages: You can now schedule group messages to go out at a later date or time. This means you can batch your referral outreach on Sunday and have it delivered throughout the week when your contacts are most likely to engage. Pure genius for busy entrepreneurs.

Perfect for the "Stay in Touch" Strategy: Those monthly check-ins with your referral network? Now they happen automatically. You write them once, schedule them strategically, and watch your relationships strengthen without lifting a finger.

AI-Powered Prospector 2.0: Your Referral Intelligence Engine
This is where Nimble gets scary good. The AI-enhanced Prospector tool enriches contact data with real-time insights, including verified contact information, social media profiles, and company details.

For referral marketing, this is absolute gold:
Instant Contact Intelligence: When someone mentions a potential referral partner, Prospector 2.0 can instantly pull their complete profile—LinkedIn, Twitter, company details, verified email. No more hunting around the internet for contact info.

Automated Data Enrichment: Nimble automatically syncs and consolidates contacts, communication, and calendars across platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Your referral database stays current without manual updates.

Social Media Integration: Understanding your referral partners' social activity helps you time your outreach perfectly and reference their recent wins in your follow-ups.

Enhanced Workflow Automation: The Referral Machine Runs Itself
The new workflow automation feature supports seamless handoffs and timely follow-ups. This takes your referral system from good to absolutely bulletproof.

Automated Referral Tracking: When someone refers a prospect to you, the workflow can automatically:

Smart Contact Prioritization: It can automatically update contact records, track interactions, and even suggest the best time to reach out to a contact. No more guessing when to reconnect with referral partners.

Customizable Web Forms: Capture Referral Partners Effortlessly

Nimble CRM adopted customizable web forms on which leads can input personal information to create a profile. For referral marketing, this opens up incredible possibilities:
Referral Partner Registration: Create a simple form for potential referral partners to join your network. They fill it out once, and they're automatically enrolled in your nurture sequence.

Event Lead Capture: At networking events or webinars, capture contact info instantly and have attendees automatically added to your referral pipeline.

Partner Feedback Collection: Use forms to collect feedback from your referral network about what types of prospects they see most often.

Advanced Segmentation: Precision Referral Targeting
The enhanced segmentation capabilities mean you can create laser-focused referral campaigns:

Behavior-Based Segments: Create segments based on email engagement, referral history, or interaction frequency. Focus your energy on partners who actually engage.

Geographic Targeting: Segment by location for local referral partnerships or regional expansion strategies.

Industry-Specific Outreach: Tailor your referral approach based on industry, company size, or role.
Why These Updates Make Nimble Even Better for Referrals

The combination of AI-powered prospecting, automated email sequences, smart workflows, and enhanced segmentation means you can:

Find the right referral partners faster
Nurture relationships automatically
Track referral success with precision
Scale your referral system without more manual work

Most CRMs make you choose between automation and personalization. Nimble's 2025 features give you both.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Let's be honest—like any CRM, Nimble is NOT a replacement for your dedicated email marketing tool. The email sequences, while useful, are a bit clunky compared to platforms like ConvertKit or Mailchimp. Same goes for the forms and workflows—they get the job done, but they're not as polished as specialized tools.
But here's the thing: that's exactly why they work so well for referrals and partnerships.
Why These "Limitations" Are Actually Perfect for Referral Marketing
Nimble's email sequences shine for those applications where you wish your CRM had a little extra oomph. It's perfect for that sweet spot between manual follow-up and full-blown email marketing campaigns.
For referral nurturing, you don't need fancy templates or complex automation. You need:

Simple, personal messages that feel like they came from you
Basic scheduling and follow-up reminders
Easy segmentation of your referral network
Integration with your contact management

The combination of AI-powered prospecting, automated email sequences, smart workflows, and enhanced segmentation means you can:

Find the right referral partners faster
Nurture relationships automatically (without over-engineering it)
Track referral success with precision
Scale your referral system without more manual work

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

Nimble is the ideal application for anyone who builds relationships online. This is the best tool that I found that will allow you to capture a moment inside of a social media relationship and turn it into a business opportunity.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My goal is engagement. And Nimble helps me identify influencers and experts with whom to partner and engage and build relationships.

 ### 18. Nimble CRM is a great option for medium to large organizations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble integrates with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to unify your contacts, conversations, and calendar. It does all of this quite well allowing for complete integration. The ease of transition is great and implementation is user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I dislike pricing because there are cheaper options you can consider; in fact, some are free. One drawback to utilizing Agile is that a few clients may discover its client interface a bit complicated.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

Nimble is a great flash storage option for companies that have the budget to implement.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flash storage options, large storage capacity and the ability for better performance

 ### 19. The CRM that just works!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I was amazed at all the features of this CRM. Not just to have an organized place for all my contacts, but being able to create Workflows for my employees. I build Webforms and utilize as an application and testing process for new candidates. I stepped away from an employer of 18 years and built my own company. Within a couple weeks I was fully operational and left my old employer in the Dark Ages with this tech.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Like most things built on servers not everything works seamlessly. However, the response team always gets back to me. They show concern for my issue and even pass things I point out to the developers. Makes it feel like we are in this together. I like that.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me eliminate paper application and testing process.

 ### 20. Review of Nimble CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Youthea P. | Technology Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble CRM is, in my opinion, one of the best CRM solutions for solopreneurs and small businesses (under 100 users). It's user-friendly, packed with essential features, and delivers excellent value—offering the functionality small businesses need at a fraction of the cost of enterprise-level CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I would like to see some more advanced integration with Microsoft Outlook (Desktop version).

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble CRM has streamlined much of my sales process, saving me countless hours and significantly improving my efficiency.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is a scalable product, and any other app can be integrated easily. SMS email integration is easy.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The system seems to be a bit slow. The installation is complex to set up the environment.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

inventory management and automation. data archive easy.

 ### 22. Nimble is my vital CRM after 7+ years of near-daily use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant H. | Southern Regional Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Reflection after 7 years of use: Nimble was easy to learn, use, and customize for my purposes. Though I'm not in sales (in a non-profit) I do need to keep track of my contacts, and Nimble's customer service helped me adapt it accordingly. Excellent search functionality, and the Group Message feature is the best. The 'tag' feature is brilliant and I use it all the time. Great app! Customer support is always ready to help!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Since I"m not in sales, some of the prominent features are not relevant to me, i.e. 'lead' info. The in-browser widget is often buggy, and regularly does not attach the contact's picture to the contact even when there clearly is a profile pic on LinkedIn, FaceBook etc. Also, when Nimble 'suggests' that your contact might be the same one on various social media platforms, you must click each one to go to their profile before you you can know if that's one the same one.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

I shopped around a good bit before selecting Nimble, this CRM is at the very least worth a try before deciding on another CRM!

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily keeping track of many hundreds of contacts across multiple states, along with their companies. The seemless connection with Microsoft Outlook is the best!

 ### 23. The Personal CRM You Should Consider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell L. | Contributor/Thought Leadership & Social Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

There are a number of CRM features I take advantage of. Keeping track of those I spoke with, reminders to followup with those I should, and tracking of emails and whether they were opened to name a few.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

None that I'm thinking about at the moment.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of prospects and customers and putting me in touch with those that I need to when I need to.

 ### 24. Nimble is amazing!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liv D. | Publicist and Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I love how easy it is to sort through the contacts and how I can use tags to separate them. It makes finding and categorizing contacts o much easier and has made my job SO much easier!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

The only thing I dislike about Nimble is the limit it sets on how many people I can reach out to, and sometimes, it sends the same email twice to contacts.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving my entire media list issue. In the past, before I used Nimble, I would have to make different spreadsheets from a master list, and it was extremely tedious. I"m able to create media lists and categorize contacts based on niche/category AND track the emails! I love being able to see who opened my emails (and how many times) as it's helped me with my relationships with my contacts.

 ### 25. Really handy contact management and task tracking system!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Co-producer of The Session Man, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The fact that Nimble populates contacts' social media accounts for you, and that I don't need to write, rewrite and constantly rewrite 'Tp Do' lists, because now Nimble's 'Activities' facility does it fo me.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I wish towns and states were pre-loaded in their respective fields in a drop down in the same way that countries are in the country field. Same re the country codes of phone numbers.

**Recommendations to others considering Nimble CRM:**

We live in a social media world today - use a CRM that is social media aware.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of sales leads I need to follow up and tasks I need to complete. Without Nimble, I would not be able to keep track of everything with sales leads forgotten and tasks incomplete. It's also where I keep the contact details of everyone I deal with.

 ### 26. Feature Rich Intuitive Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff H. | VP Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I have been using Nimble in my Sales role for about 10 years. I have used it daily during the peak of my sales efforts and monthly as i moved to more a lead generation role. It was easy to setup and integrate with my Outlook email and has been so easy to use and it was quick to learn. Along the years even my assistance have called me at their new jobs asking me about how to get it for their new boss. When i do want to learn about a new feature the Customer Support folks are so quick to get back with me. I use the chat feature which is very effecient for a fast moving role like I am in.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

It's a bit of a new and evolving feature so I am sure it will improve over time but the mass email automations are still lacking some of the fancier features available in other products. But the core features of Nimble are solid and very helpful in growing my sales funnel and closing deals.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all the names i come in contact with during my sales role and knowing where they stand. It provides me an easy way to track them through the sales cycle.

Simple to use, easy to set up work flows and sequences. Very helpful back-end support. Learning tools and online library grows weekly! Very cost effective system to have and uses, where you are not penalised for users or data base size.

Very simple to import data from other systems and clean up.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Some of the functions have current limitations but as the system the Development team are always releasing updates. This will help Nimble compete directly with Hubspot and sales Force.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising data and reporting data on email interaction. Tracking sales team work and effectivenesss for coaching

 ### 28. Nimble for small Semiconductor Sales and Marketing Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble's integration with Outlook makes it super easy to import contacts. The Workflow and Deals page is very simple and differentiates itself from cumbersome and large CRMs from MS and SF. If you just want a simple UI to create, track, and keep on top of opportunities, Nimble is the way to go.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

My clients require me to use SF and MS Dynamics CRMs. Integration with these CRMs (MSD) such that my deals could transfer over. Just the basic info on a woerflow so I dont have to re-enter all the basic info.
Also- sometimes unrelated emails linked to contacts on different deals/workflows get pulled into the Deal/Workflow of interest. When I have multiple deals or workflows with same contact, both contact history and emails are on multiple deals.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple and easy dashboard for follow up. Plus the link with all correspondences to the contact is great

 ### 29. Former PipeDrive and Pipeline(Deals) CRM client prefers Nimble.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Howard F. | Founder & Author, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The graphical user interface and intuitive layout. It's quite powerful although simple and is designed for non-technical sales and business people. I use this for five hours every day in the business week. I was a gold mine software user back in the 1990s when Act was the 800 pound gorilla and gold mine was a far better product. Nimble has the same kind of cleverness to it and that should not be surprising since it has the same founder as gold mine. I think of it as gold mines going into the cloud and simplified. I do not use any of the integration so I cannot comment on that and it seemed to be quite straightforward in terms of ease of implementation.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Although the tech-support is quite good it's not live human beings it's through chat but it's chat with a real person and they're very helpful. Hello hello good yeah I'm fine I don't need any healthcare I'm

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track leads that are generated from phone calls the integration with LinkedIn is excellent. It's very good at finding additional social media particularly LinkedIn profiles for prospects. The GUI is the best in the business and it's quite intuitive in terms of taking somebody from my contact into a workflow into a deal. It's nice when the people that Raitz offer understand the sales process.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information on one page. Makes it easier to track.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Very minor pet peeves that are likely outside the scope of the program anyway or inherent in other sites closed API's.

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I have been a Nimble user for 3+ years now, and just getting to the point where I was brave enough to create a automated workflow. I am definitely regretting not doing it sooner. It has changed my life and created opportunities for me to have more time, and better communication with my clients and prospects.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

There are some weird bugs to figure out with regard to syncing issues when multiple users are on the account and why we could possibly be getting different results. Totally could be user error, but it has come up a few times.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides me a sense of freedom and control that I did not previously have while being fun and managing my progress.

It keeps track of my records and contacts and lets me know when it's time to reach out

 ### 37. Efficiently Making Our Lives Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aj K. | Junior Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble CRM has completely transformed the way our team operates. What I love most about Nimble is its ability to seamlessly integrate all our customer data into one intuitive platform. We used to struggle with scattered information across different tools, but Nimble brings it all together, making it easy to track interactions, manage leads, and close deals faster than ever. The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, allowing even our non-tech-savvy team members to jump in and start using it with minimal training. The built-in social listening tools are a game-changer, enabling us to engage with clients on a more personal level, which has significantly boosted our customer retention. Plus, the value for money is unbeatable—it's packed with features that you'd typically find in much more expensive CRMs. Nimble CRM is an absolute must for any business looking to streamline their processes and enhance customer relationship

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

That i didnt have access to it earlier in my career

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble CRM is solving several key challenges for our business, particularly around managing customer relationships and streamlining our sales process. Before using Nimble, we had a hard time keeping track of client interactions across different platforms—email, social media, and phone calls were all disjointed, leading to missed follow-ups and lost opportunities. Nimble solves this by consolidating all our communication channels into one unified view, making it easy to see the full history of each customer interaction at a glance.

Another significant problem Nimble addresses is the complexity of tracking leads and sales pipelines. With its intuitive dashboard, we can now easily monitor the status of every deal, prioritize tasks, and automate follow-ups, which has greatly improved our team's efficiency. The CRM also helps us with lead enrichment by pulling in data from social media and other sources, giving us deeper insights into our contacts and enabling more personalized outreach.

Overall, Nimble has not only streamlined our operations but also empowered us to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with our clients. This has resulted in better customer satisfaction and a noticeable increase in our sales conversions.

 ### 38. A great CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter R. | Voice Over Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

I love the way it integrates with Google, generally. This is also encouraging that they will continue to make improvements, especially with automation. With the Gmail widget, I use it pretty much every day, even if I'm not in the actual app. Thank you for adding email scheduling! I also really like the new sequences feature, I can't wait to try it out. I can see it being a huge time-saver!

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I really don't feel like the additional automations for workflows should behind a paywall. At the moment, I haven't filled the capacity, but as time goes on and more automation options are added, the more I will want to use and won't be able to justify paying extra. That seems like a feature that should be part of the price you pay for the services. I understand the extra fees for Web Forms, but the workflow automations are an essential part of the CRM.

Also, I would love to see the new sequences include a way for follow-up emails that are included in the thread of the original email. The feature is good, but that will really take it to the next level!

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The gmail integration is great, and the newer Workflows with automation are fantastic for managing lead cycles. I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve. The sequences feature is a fantastic start as well, once it can follow up in the same email thread it will be a game changer!

 ### 39. Just Works™ - But ther'es also a secret weapon... an underpromoted API 😉

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan W. | Product, Sales and Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The first view on any contact is Past Activities - a proper timeline on the most recent interactions, including upcoming meetings in your linked calendars and emails in your linked inbox (IMAP is fine, so it doesn't HAVE to be Microsoft or Gmail 👍) that you haven't even read yet. Other tools seem to want me to do convoluted forwarding of emails to track them - no chance.

This is absolutely ideal as, assuming you use your CRM to record other activities as and when they happen (like custom messages, call notes, or even notes added via the API - VERY handy to record to any SMS sent or received programmatically, which I use), and make use of the custom variables to track outstanding items/issues per contact, you have a single 'ground truth'.

Other CRMs seem to promise it but never quite deliver it, making you jump through hoops just to get to the point where you have one place to check.

I also now use workflows constantly, and can easily see who is in what process and what they need to move them along.

Also, 'merge tag' fields have evolved to allow custom data variables, which means most of my transactional email templates are in Nimble, calling on static per-contact data that would never be inbuilt (like a user's tax code, for example).

All in all, it's my daily driver of work, just simple enough on the right principles, with an API to allow me to code up anything really complex I need.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Other than a few more options for the 'today' view - I don't use the widgets available right now, it's mostly bugs and minor gripes, really, and they can mostly be ignored or worked around.

e.g.:

- I can't seem to get rid of the 'onboarding' option on the left menu
- The 'found' socials details are often wrong, but still add e.g. an avatar of somebody else's image on to my contacts. I don't like to 'admin-fidget' so I simply ignore that, but it could be misleading
- Sequences is a nice idea, but not everybody transacts via email - I think it's not very valuable to me until it can handle multichannel (I might have a too-high bar to measure to here though, I'm comparing it with Lemlist with added APIs for SMS for example, which is expensive and sales-oriented)
- Whenever I receive an email from Google Cloud with an invoice my view gets messed up, so the email viewer must leak CSS from the email - worth red-teaming that one
- I'd rather not have to keep clicking refresh to have an up-to-date inbox showing, it would be great if it were 'live'. I genuinely use Nimble as my business mail client, especially now that send later is there, and I'd like to get emails 'realtime' across the app e.g. while in 'Past Activities' too.
- I can't search emails very easily other than by keywords. Actually, I'd ideally like to search the 'Past Activities' view in it's entirety as I often want to recall when I gave some particular advice - I can usually remember keywords 9though when I can't... see below!)
- I'd like to be able to ctrl-click on more things to open them up in new windows e.g. contact names in particular - I have multi screen and often look at two different Nimble screens side-by-side

Here's the one that's so major that I'm having to develop it myself - where's the AI assistant? I want to be able to enquire with an AI that can perform Retrieval Augmented Generation on one or all client's Past Activities so I can tell when I last gave a particular piece of advice, based on semantic similarity, or even to tell me what a client's VAT number is by asking in the main dashboard etc. I hope you're working on this! 😊

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have multiple (accounting) clients in multiple stages of sales, signup and ongoing management - I have to manage comms and workflow status in one place. I need a single 'ground truth' for the client - it saves COUNTLESS hours looking around for details in random places otherwise.

Sales: I find prospects all over the place. I tag them, their lead status and source, and place them in the right workflow I've designed for whatever kind of lead I have. I have made custom sources so I can see who has come from where. When I manage the sales pipeline, I simply open the relevant workflow and all the 'stuck' contacts (I've defined how long I should expect each contact to be in each stage) naturally get my attention to move them forward.

Signup: I have a specific sign-up flow, though I could set up automated emails as I shuffle them through stages, I tend to do it manually - although I still use email templates and call custom variables from each contact record to do so.

Ongoing Management: I have workflows for clients for payroll, VAT returns, end of year accounts, payment reminders etc. - I go through them daily and move anyone forward who needs it. In this way, the workflows feature really is a daily driver for managing my workload.

Comms: I use Nimbles as my primary view of my inbox, as I want tracking on all my replies. The recent addition of 'send later' means I can now do this without recourse to other email tools! Well... apart from when I need a complex search, as Nimble's inbuilt search is only keyword based and I need more filters etc - sadly there isn't a search within a contact's Past Activities, as this would be ideal.

Workflow Status: Custom contacts views are ideal - I can see a list of all clients at a glance, and a handy visual summary of if and how many workflows they're in - i have too many for the colour coding to be helpful at-a-glance, but it's a nice feature and I can see how it would be useful if you had fewer workflows to manage.

 ### 40. I researched and tried many CRM's and came back to Nimble.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

For me, it is the best combination of intuitive and affordable.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

Like any other product, changes made to features require learning anew.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love email tracking to see when and how many times emails have been opened. Group messaging is seamless. Having a record of my past interactions with my contacts is invaluable.

 ### 41. I picked the right one the first time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael N. | Authorized Independent Contractor of TSI, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble prospector icon in my browser tool bar that makes it easy to add contact I am working and connected with on LinkedIn or researching off website where they are under Leadership or Meet The Team. I love seeing immediately when someone opens and email and I often send a 2nd as soon as I see that with something to follow up on. I also like the TASK list and calendar that symcs with my Outlook.live calendar. I use Calendly which links to that calendar and since the two sync, it works perfect! Support has alway been amazing and this is so much easier than using Outlook for everything or Outstand which has gone out of business. The fact the email is saved for that contact, even after I delete an email is cool, alomg with any manual notes I tyoe in. I like that I can upload docs and save them under that contact. The new SEQUENCE is amazing, as I can send out a group marketing or servicing email to 500 contacts a day. I can scheduled follow up emails days or weeks later and have them going out every 2 weeks for months and once it's setup, forget about it.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I would like to see email font set at 14 or 15, or allow setting per user to set it and forget about it. Having to edit that with every email is not something I like and 12 is way to small which is what it usually defaulst to. Making the default 14 would be great. I would also like to CLONE a contact so I would only need to change an email and name when adding a second or thrird cobtact for a cpompany with the same phone and address. Havong to add phone and address info all over again each time I have a contact for a same company, thats extra work I dont need to be doing.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the workflows and especially the TASK list. I schedule all follow up in the TASK list and start with that every day. Drip drip drip drip drip and it makes it easy.

 ### 42. Nimble CRM is a refreshing experience where you can effortlessly manage and nurture relationships

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariana C. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

What I like best about Nimble CRM is its seamless integration with social media, which allows users to easily manage contacts and engage with them directly, making relationship-building both efficient and effective.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

One downside of Nimble CRM is that it may lack some advanced features found in larger CRM systems, which could be limiting for businesses with more complex needs.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nimble CRM solves the problem of fragmented contact management by consolidating information from various sources, allowing me to maintain a clear view of all interactions. This benefits me by streamlining communication, enhancing relationship-building efforts, and ensuring I never miss a follow-up, ultimately leading to more effective networking and improved customer engagement.

I value how it retains records of all prospect/client communications. I can also look for information about the last time they were contacted and whether or not a response was received. I use Nimble daily.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

I honestly can't think of anything. Perhaps the cost? Could it be reduced for ongoing subscribers/users?

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is THE one single place I use for organizing business relationships and tracking communication, action items, and setting up customized reminders. When I draft email messages, it auto-populates contact/business information and pulls it in for historcal documentation. You can choose whether or not to add it to the contact record.

 ### 44. Excellent platform for reaching out to all your connections and boosting sales for your business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parveen M. | Managing Director, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble is great because it allowed me to integrate all my customer relationship management with my social media accounts, which enhances my ability to engage and monitor the growth of my online relationships. Using the sidebar, we can locate my contacts and add, tag or edit their information. You'll notice quick effects when using it, and it's really useful if you're active on social networks. By doing so, I can also remember your contacts and see what they post on other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

We have had some issues with the integration, so it could be a little more robust and have more thorough integration in order to achieve more sales. It is worth mentioning that the assistance has been helpful to me, even if we have had issues with various integrations.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A clear layout makes it easy to teach new users how to use Nimble, and the platform is ideal for connecting and creating opportunities. Hiring someone with extensive social media knowledge makes it even more incredible. They'll understand. Incorporating a sales funnel into your staff's social media conversations will become second nature. With Nimble, you can easily connect with leads, calendars, and social networks, among other great features that solve all of your business difficulties. We may use it to keep track of all our contacts, label them, communicate with them, and get alerts when we need to get in touch with them.

 ### 47. A Hidden CRM Gem!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

The application is simple to set up and there is some incredible support available both during the onboarding process and afterwards. The system integrates easily with my existing Outlook Exchange and Google Business accounts. The business funnel is easily customized and reporting is very good. They also regularly introduce new features and always have webinars to explain them. It is a product that I use every day.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

They need to work on the email features. There is no graphical way to create marketing emails, and the usage within the email clients can be an issue.

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reminders keep me focused on lead generation and retention. The sales funnels keep me up to date on the status of new and potential work.

 ### 48. Not completely reliable

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raffaella C. | Executive Assistant to the President - Marketing Manager - Customer Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Nimble CRM?**

Nimble could be useful for quickly finding information about customers and tracking all communications with them. However, in practice, not all emails are tracked; it doesn't connect properly with Outlook, and emails are frequently lost.

**What do you dislike about Nimble CRM?**

If you don't copy yourself on each and every email, you won't see them in Outlook. If you don't store a copy of the emails in the general Outlook archive, you won't be able to access them. I usually have dedicated folders for each customer, but these aren't accessible to Nimble, so I have to duplicate each email every time. I'm working to make Nimble work, but it should be the opposite

**What problems is Nimble CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

almost none
